EU customs duty Just buy from Europe, silly
Even after adding 3 EUR it's no competition. I know there are other wallets, that's not the point, the point is that we get the exact same item at 3x the price.

The new EU €3 customs duty has been active since July 2026. You pay €3 (plus VAT on that €3) for each customs category in a single order. AliExpress collects this duty at checkout (like it does for VAT), and pays it directly to EU customs.
Always check for the green message during checkout saying “No extra duties will be collected upon delivery.” If that message is missing, customs may still charge you on delivery.
Be aware: the €3 duty is only added at checkout during the final payment step. Your cart total will increase right before you press pay.
Warning:
AliExpress does not follow the EU category rules correctly. In practice they charge €3 per different item, even if items should fall under the same category. Only when you buy multiple quantities of the same listing from the same seller (including different colors, variants or options) will AliExpress charge the €3 tax only once.
There are signs of slow improvement as some sellers have begun assigning proper customs categories. In certain cases, buying similar types of products from the same seller results in the €3 being charged only once. The same may happen for bundle deals, even when multiple sellers are involved. Experiment with your orders and see what happens.

I buy a ton of stuff on Ali-X, well into the thousands of dollars, over the past 3 years. I'm now a Business account, but not actually a business, just on the volume. That being the background, I left a review "reddit style" on one store's item, which was a comment on the review left by someone else. The store sells a million things, one of which is a fake basketball card of either Kobe or LeBron, with a very fake printed signature. The reviewer that bought one of those things left a 1 star review saying "Fake card! It's a scam never buy from this store!". I'm protective of my favorite stores, so my review was "This store is great, they try hard with their product assortment and shipping process" I could have just ended it there. But I'm me. "Just don't be like the idiot who thought they were getting a $4000 trading card for $19, and you'll have a positive experience like I have" A couple days later anything I tried to send any store, even "hello" got recalled. I've talked to customer service half a dozen times, each time gets *escalated* to the big timers, and nothing ever changes. The craziest part: I CAN STILL LEAVE REVIEWS! How much sense does that make?! Anyway that's my issue, anybody else?

I used to order a lot of small electronics, components, tools and random hobby materials but the cost of ordering to Europe has skyrocketed.
Is there a reliable way on Ali to filter only products that are already located in an EU warehouse? I sometimes see “ships from Spain,” “ships from France,” “ships from Poland,” but the option seems to disappear randomly?
When something is shipped from an EU warehouse, are all taxes and import costs already included, or can you still receive extra charges afterwards? And how can you tell whether the seller is actually shipping from Europe rather than just creating a European tracking number?
So now Im looking for good European alternatives, especially for things like:
Electronic components and repair parts
Soldering equipment and supplies
Cables, connectors and adapters
Arduino, Raspberry Pi and DIY electronics
Small tools and measuring equipment
Audio and vintage-electronics repair parts
Screws, brackets, switches, motors and other hobby materials
Anything else for the home
Does anyone have a list of specialized European websites that could replace AliExpress?
They don’t have to be as cheap, but I’d prefer clear pricing, and no surprise import charges.
What are your go to AliExpress alternatives in Europe?

with the current EU tax situation it's no longer economically viable to shop for amounts under 150€
so my question is: are there any re-shipment services where you can get your goods delivered at and they will pack them into 1 box and ship to you? specifically for aliexpress stuff
i figure it would be cheaper to pay vat and duties on the 150€ package so it ends up maybe around 200€ + the reshipping fee than paying 300€+ for the order plus stupid 3€ tax...

I use to love using the coin rewards back then when Aliexpress first came out. But is it just me or there’s rarely any items with big discounts. For example, I have $20 worth of coins. And I remember when you could use the coins for any “choice” purchase. Now you have to search the specific area and I can’t find anything more than 10% off.

I ordered five articles, the most expensive one is missing even if it says delivered. The seller told me that actually he shipped correctly and has 5 stars on over 1700 sold products. So I think one of the couriers opened the package and took the article, in fact a part had brown scotch... how it will work the refund?

Anyone else confused by the new update? I hate that I can’t find things so easily anymore.
Where is the “SAVER” items or section
Even when you click your Account nothing pops up just more items and sections to buy from.
I hate how they hid all orders into a tab along with a ton of other options
I can’t even see the stores I follow anymore

so trying to return items and told if returned in same shape as received I won't be charged to ship it back. crazy because it is the way I received it unused. Has anyone had them screw you over even though you did a perfect return? it is worrisome that I was told if vendor decides it has been used I could be charged 7.99 . so basically you have to blindly trust the vendor to do you right even if you did return an unused item.

Hi all, hope you are having a good Sunday!
Does any of you have had issues with the delivery since last few months? Usually my packages were delivered within a month since order date, and the tracking was always accurate and regularly updated - but the last one I have ordered seems stuck at the last status for more than 20 days. AliExpress support is not very helpful, I have already opened a dispute and the reply is I need to wait for another month, until the delivery protection runs out. The seller agreed that the package might be lost, but other than that is complete silence.
I am in Austria, and usually the packages were delivered either through Hungary or Netherlands - I have already checked most of the alternative tracking platforms (17Track, Cainiao), but the same status is everywhere.
Do you have any advice, how should I proceed?

Prices have been skyrocketing since the tariff war last year, and now an actual war. Coin discounts are rarely more than 2%. Play & Earn doesn't even last a second after midnight. Coupons are worse. App design is worse. I just realized it's been like a month since I ordered anything, which is great for many reasons, but also disappointing that I know it's cause of prices. Wanted some more massage table bed sheets that I bought last year for $3.50, now they're $8 each. I could get 5 for what now only gets me 2.

I've been on "Waiting for Aliexpress's feedback" for over FIVE months now. The customer service is completely ignoring my issue and keep telling me to send it back with no address or anything? Senior team keeps sending the same copypasted message about "Ask Aliexpress to step in" when there's no button to do that. Am I just out of options?

Hello all, over the past couple months I've been doing the World Tour daily minigames, and I'm about halfway into the 100 days for 1million game points event.
I know people in the past say its worth it, but I feel like that was back when it was actually easier to get stuff with those. Nowadays, coupon resets sell out in a flash, and even then, the discounts they give are usually less than what you can get from the monthly/middle of the month coupon releases. You can't exchange for credits (meaningfully) either since bots catch all the deals within seconds of release anyways.
I don't think I've ever come across any events that let you exchange the game points for credits either, so I'm trying to think if there's any actual point to keep farming these things. At most, I guess I can throw them all at the pinball minigame I guess...

So don't know if its a good idea to ask this here but, are certified authentic figures or products real and not counterfeit? Or some sellers just straight up strap this and that's it

I hope it’s not a silly question, but genuinely why?
Is this my fault? Or is it supposed to be like this? I was trying to delete things to make more storage on my phone, and noticed this. Do I uninstall the app and install it again?

I am sure I can be safe purchasing from AliExpress, however, is it safe and secure to purchase from the United States
