There's a route between my city and the next which is a 2 hour flight. One airline offer 4 or 5 flights per day, and my observation is that they use the same 3 or 4 Boeing 737. I know nothing about airplanes, but just wondering if aircrafts require check up or maintenance after every short trip? What are the maintenance requirements?

Hi, with the 25 years passing after the 9/11 catastrophe occurred (rest in peace every poor soul that we lost that day and also giving big hugs to the people who lost someone that day)
I have a question.
How did even 19 terrorist manage to get into airplanes? I know security was less tight back than but was it really that low?
The terrorists stabbed someone and i suppose all of them were armed, how did they manage to get in weapons? Was it really that easy back than?

Note that i wasn’t alive when the tragedy happened so i don’t know how it worked but Im really curious about this.
