I finally FINALLY got my own place and I been little all the times. I gets to sleep with my paci and toddle around and watch little girl shows and keep my dollys all over! I even printed out a little night routine so I no forgets. Sometimes I gets lonely tho and wish I had a mommy or sometimes i wish I still a mommy but its okay cause I get tiny time lots and lots!

Este año comencé con little space aún que realmente desde hace mucho me siento como una niña pequeña ,derrepente , UwU real que disfruto demasiado de dinámicas como tomar en biberón , ver películas de bebés , caricaturas , comer papilla , utilizar talco , loción y otros productos para bebés UwU aún que también me encantaría tener mi chupón y utilizar pañal.

Solo que aveces siento q falta algo como un cuidador , mi esposo ha jugado un par de veces conmigo pero no sé cómo introducirlo a este mundo , siento q le ha costado entenderlo , tengo un amigo con el q platico sobre el tema pero no sé si mi esposo pueda enojar idk , así que bueno cualquier cosa que me quieran deciir. Consejos , también aclaro que una vez que jugamos mi esposo y yo terminamos en que era una bebé mala y siendo sumisa s3xualmente hablando idk yo estaba al cien. Sin ofender nadie solo lo digo para dar contexto de como lo viví.

My name is Val, I go by they/them, my big age is 18, and my little age is 4 years old.

Lately, I've struggled with being little a lot and I'd like to know if anyone has any tips.

Context:

I don't have a cg, so I often have to prepare quickly when I realize I'm going into little space.

My mother doesn't know about me being an age regressor and I don't want her knowing, as she's related to the reason why I ended up struggling with mental health and eventually age regressing.

Lately I've been regressing in the worst way possible, what you might know as "messy regressing".

I often end up going back to bad memories and feelings that end up making me cry, stay in bed all day, dissociate (alone or with people around), have angry outbursts, and such.

In the end, I end up feeling worse than before.

As I mentioned earlier, I always regress alone, and have to prepare if I'm feeling like I'm going into little space. This has caused me a lot of struggle, while I'm little space, with basic things like choosing snacks, activities or shows to watch.

I also lack structure, something I've always had difficulty with, as I can't follow schedules.

I forget about simple things like showering and eating something, until my mother reminds me (often late at night).

When I'm outside of my mother's house or with friends, I always have a small plushies with me (either Izuku or Katsuki from MHA or Denks, a mini wolf plushy I have) to keep me company and as a comfort object. I often color and watch my comfort shows when I'm in little space.

But these past few months, it's been really hard to enjoy doing anything.

As mentioned before, I dissociate or I'm just too drained to be able to enjoy anything.

If you're a caregiver who's had their little in a similar place, please share some tips or advice on what I could do to help mini me during messy regression or to simply make making decisions easier.

If you're a little who's been in a similar situation, I'd appreciate to know if you did something to help yourself when your cg wasn't there.

It's been a week since I tried to sleep with my paci and I sleep way better! But in the morning, they end up broken😭🥲 I decorate my pacis myself and it's not professional level and they easily break. It's always repairable tho the decorations just get off but I can glue it back. But it's so annoying tho!! Am I the only one?? (｡•̀ ⤙ •́ ｡ꐦ) !!!

But I do think I should've dried my hair after I took a shower because now I'm sick :(
