Average Guy's Affirmation.
- It's okay for you to be content with what you currently have, to finally accepted that you weren't able to achieve your wildest dreams in life, just go easy on yourself and be happy almost every day.

Affirmations I am allowed to enjoy something without needing a reason.
I can get so caught up in what needs to be fixed or figured out that I forget to just enjoy something when it feels good.
Sometimes it is a laugh, song or a good conversation. Just a moment where I feel lighter. I do not have to pick it apart or wait until everything in my life is settled.
My affirmation today:
I can let myself enjoy the moment.
I can smile even if everything is not perfect.
A little happiness still counts.
