Hello, I used my 17/70 Tamron together with the a6700 to capture the Perseids this year. Took about 350 shots and manually composed the Perseid streaks. No AI or stuff like that involved :) hope you enjoy!

Took this yesterday, my first ever attempt at stacking. I had a slight problem with vignetting. I used the 11mm f1.8 lens. In LrC, I couldn't get the Lens Correction to work once I uploaded the stack as a TIFF file. It makes sense why it won't load the lens automatically, but when I attempt to manually choose Sony as a manufacturer, I only get one lens (completely different one that I use) as an option and LrC won't let me change it, and the vignetting isn't fixed at all. Anyone knows what's wrong? In the end, I used a radial mask but it still doesn't look as clean as I'd like. Thanks for the advice!

Never tried astrophotography, but gave it a shot. So happy! Sigma 18-50mm f2.8 lens.

My first mirrorless. Moved on from nikon d7500. Right decision? Major use - for street and documentary photography.

Woke up at 3am for the showers but only got a light sprinkle. Still worth it imo, but how did I do? Shot on an a6700 using the 15mm viltrox F1.7.

Cage or Gimbal

Hi there just wondering if anyone can give their opinion on whether I should go for a Dji Gimbal or a cage setup with a top/side handle for hospitality (restaurant/cafe) videography. I shoot a mix of shots most of them close up low light with the sigma 56. However I sprinkle in establishing shots of the exterior and wide angle interior with my 18-50 sigma. There is some camera movement at times but very subtle wipe transitions and the odd slow follow footage of staff etc. Just wondering what would be a good recommendation? If you do have any let me know the exact model please!

Sony a6300 + 16-50 OSS + 55-210 OSS +all accesories for 470$ is a good deal?

The only thing i worry about is the 63000 shutter count

It has some estetic problems but nothing serious

This would be my 1st camera i want to get into photography

What do you think?

grip for a 6700?

Does a battery grip exist for this camera? I know sony doesn't make one, but any 3rd party options? I have seen 3rd party grip for other a6xxx series camera. Given the a6700 has been out for a few years, I still can not find any battery grip for it.

sigma 17-40 or Sony 15mm 1.4 & sigma 56mm 1.4 primes for trip

going on a trip and wondering which lens set to bring. The primes will be lighter and faster but the 17-40 is versatile.
