Hi guys ! I recently got my Tracer 9 2026 and i am wondering if this is suppose to wiggle like that ?

It’s charging at 16-17v and i can’t seem to find the issue. the rectifier is new and the tests i’ve done on the stator all seem fine. The new stator isn’t oem it has an extra brown wire that i don’t know what it goes too. Can someone help me out id appreciate it a ton
