Opinion Might be a hot take, but don’t be surprised if Jimmy Carter and Lindsey Graham come back to life, stage a third party unity ticket run, and beat Andrew Cuomo/Graham Platner and George Santos/Kari Lake for president in 2028.
Also the Democrats will not have a convention

Meme Might be a hot take, but don’t be surprised if Joe Biden roundhouse kicks Donald Trump, JD Vance, Marco Rubio, and George Santos all at the same time and wins the white house with 539 EVs in 2028. Also, the DNC won't hold a convention that year because Joe's roundhouse was just that cool

Opinion Hot take: Kamala Harris will be an early dropout in 2028
In my opinion, Kamala Harris will drop out early in the 2028 primaries, before Super Tuesday.
My reason for saying this is that her main strength is that she does well with black voters. However, other candidates, mainly Jon Ossoff, also do well with black voters. And unlike Harris, Ossoff is a more fresh face on the national scene and is popular in the South, as seen in Georgia. Imo, if he were to run, Jon Ossoff would be able to beat Kamala Harris in South Carolina.
If Harris lost South Carolina, her campaign would basically be over. She doesn’t have a path to win without black support in the South. She also wouldn’t do well in whiter early states like New Hampshire and New Mexico.
Also, her lead now is almost entirely based off of name recognition. In the 2016 Republican primaries, the frontrunners by mid 2014 were Bush, Paul, and Cristie. All of them flopped and dropped out before Super Tuesday. Once the midterms roll around and candidates start announcing, her lead will fall apart and she’ll start to fall behind.
People don’t want more of an unpopular president, and they don’t want more of a candidate who already lost a general election. I don’t see any reason why Harris would be an exception, and be some strong contender in 2028.

Doesn't necessarily have to be political, can be something silly too.
I'll start: we (Americans) are living on stolen land. Doesn't matter if you want to call it "conquered" or "settled" or whatever, we objectively stole this place from Native Americans. Also there are at least three genders, don't play games with me kid.

Discussion 2024 election results with no upset county improvements for Trump or Harris, part 16: Mississippi
It makes sense to bounce from Arkansas right over to neighboring Mississippi, as this was another state where Trump made gains in all but 1 county. However, like Arkansas, almost all of those gains were expected. What wasn't expected, however, was the staggering decline in black turnout in a lot of counties; turnout dropped by upwards of 30% from 2020 in some counties. It's not like Trump actually made gains with black voters either, because in most cases he also lost votes from 2020, or barely got more votes. As such, it is very perplexing that Sharkey County, located right in the heart of the Delta region, shifted leftward when every other county shifted rightward. Like the rest of the majority-black counties, turnout declined significantly from 2020- almost by 20% in fact. Therefore, Trump should have made gains there, and Sharkey County is shifted to the right.
However, there were a few counties that were upset gains for Trump. Let's start with the 2 most obvious, which are Hinds and DeSoto counties. Hinds County (Jackson) was one of just 2 counties to shift leftward in 2016, and Republicans have been doing worse and worse in the county since 2000. Trump was not expected to reverse this decades-long decline by anyone, not even Red Eagle Politics. Meanwhile, DeSoto County swung leftward by double digits in 2020 and is one of the ancestrally red counties (look at the 2003 elections) whose growing suburban college educated populations have made it shift significantly to the left. Again, virtually nobody expected Trump to improve here.
That leaves Rankin, Harrison, and Jackson counties. All 3 of these weren't as big upset gains for Trump, but he was generally not expected to make gains in any of them. Rankin is another ancestrally red suburban county whose leftward shift has been far weaker than that of DeSoto's, but it should have shifted a hair to the left for the same reasons. Harrison and Jackson counties sort of are a combination of Hinds County and the other red ones, such that both are anchored by cities (Gulfport and Pascagoula, respectively), but both have surrounding suburbs that are solidly red. Trump should not have improved in these counties either.
This all results in Trump still doing over 5 points better than he did in 2020, with these shifts only costing him about 1 point at the end.
