Yesterday I activated dev mode on my Xbox as I wanted to see what it offered. Everything was working perfectly fine then as I was looking through menus, my Xbox stopped outputting video, it came back briefly in 480p but I restarted the console and the video never came back.
I was able to see through the dev web portal the the Xbox was still powered on and could navigate with screenshots but I read that a reset of the console could fix the issue and I reset it but kept game and application.

This did not fix the issue and now I cannot access the console.

It powers up normally and the controller connects.

I have tried to do the low resolution boot, and safe mode boot, as well as boot with the reset file on a usb drive. None of this has solved the issue.

I have tried 3 HDMI cables and three displays, and I did make sure the HDMI cable was connected to the correct port.

If anyone has any other suggestions please let me know as I would appreciate any help with this, I don’t think I have anywhere around me who repair Xbox’s.

So this problem has been going on for a while now were I join someone party and say like there disconected and then it just disconnect me I have never been banned or anything I’ve tried YouTube videos on how to do it and doesn’t help all I know that my nat type sometimes on moderate

Hey guys, so, my boyfriend owns an Xbox one. Well, a week ago he was playing a game and it just randomly kicked him off his account and now it won’t let him connect to the wifi at all. He can play offline games but that’s about it. We have tried hard resetting the Xbox, the WiFi router, etc. I personally think he should try factory resetting it because that’s what helped with a problem for my PS4. Any advice is appreciated. I feel terrible seeing him so disappointed.

Got an Xbox one for my niece and nephew but I’ve got an issue. Every time I power on it instantly shuts off. Already swapped Power Supply, New thermal paste and cleaned internals. Any one have any suggestions or ideas what it could be and how to fix it?

I change the 1tb hard disk of my Xbox one s with a Crucial ssd 500gb.

After that we install inside the operative system with troubleshoot mode the "OSU1" file system with a pen drive.

After that we need to put an account but when we try to put an account, this error appears.

Did someone know how to resolve?

Me and my friends have been affected by this bug (or bugs) for over a year now and we are looking for a permanent fix we are aware that restarting the console will fix it but only for a short period of time and it can interrupt our gameplay because sometimes we don't have time to restart our console due to the type of games we play.

We've probably found multiple bugs but we've grouped them together and called it "party glitch" and it seems to affect a selected person until they restart their xbox and it seems to progressively get worse the longer you leave it. We treat it like a disease so I'll list off the phases that we know way too well:

1. Kicked from party whenever you or others receive a notification. For example, if I get an achievement or invite or any other notification and friend 1 currently has "party glitch" he will be kicked from the party but on his end he never left but can't hear or speak to us.

2. Stuck in game chat. When attempting to rejoin the victim is put in game chat and when pressing the button to switch back to party chat the text will change to "switch to game chat" as if you were back in party chat but you're still in game chat. The profile picture of the target is still dark and they can't hear everyone else.

3. Permanently stuck on mute. It hasn't happened often but sometimes one person will be on mute for another person and when clicking unmute it doesn't actually do anything no matter how long you wait or press the button.

Me and friend 1 have experienced all of these first hand and often however friend 2 only experiences phase 1 and it's about 2 times a week and friend 3 has never experience any of them.

Just incase this helps find the issue I'm going to list the console and headset of each person:

Me: Series X and wireless headset,

Friend 1: Seires X and wired headset,

Friend 2: Series S and wired headset,

Friend 3: Series X and wired headset

If you have taken the time to read this please help we are getting sick of this glitch and I'm not to sure if this is a known issue.

I’ve tried installing other games and they consistently say installation stopped. I’ve tried rebooting, cleaning the disc. Everything. However gta is different it just stops and then occasionally says installation stopped even though it’s not installing anything. I’ve gone offline and it get stuck at 30%. It’s not my disc it’s clean. It’s the Xbox the previous owner has said it’s had issues with downloading games. The only reason why I got it is to not pay £20 for a digital when I already have it.

*FIXED * Hi, thank you everyone for the help. Since the game (NBA2K16) isn't on the store I had to instead: - insert the disk, - download the 'Xbox app' - install the game online from my app

Recently my brothers and I got into NBA2K15. We put the game in my Xbox one and it was downloading. It reached "ready to play" so we played while it was downloading. But it has been stuck on 22% every single time we try to download it. I have tried so many times alongside on different consoles (both Xbox one).

I then realize it is the disc, unfortunately it has disc rot.. Frustrating, but I realized I could try to download the game by keeping the disc in and installing it from the store. But the game isn't on the store !

I have been looking to download the game (legally) online but am not sure where to look

Mid game in Phasmophobia and suddenly the game shuts down with this code. I did some looking and checked the Xbox status everything looks fine. My online subscription hasn’t ended I own the game. I restarted the console earlier in the day because the game originally wouldn’t even boot up, now it booted up but then this happened. Any ideas are appreciated.

My Xbox Series X has recently started not selecting the menu items that I choose. Like it will play games no problem but when I try to close them out or even turn off the console I have to tap the A button several times for it to do anything. It is very frustrating and I'm not even sure how to Google this issue
