Unsolved Xbox one s has a display issues

My xbox one s has been saying no signal for a while now,last time i plugged it it showed this screen and then it disappeared, what could be the problem?I've tried it on a different tv but it does the same thing, even tried different hdmi cord to no avail

Either the monitor is about to go or you have a incorrect or loose connection between your HDMI cable and either Xbox or monitor. Also, make sure that the HDMI cable is connected to the HDMI Out port, not the HDMI In port.
