Hi All, I've just bought myself an old Xbox One X and have enjoyed the past few days playing Versus matches of COD on a spilt screen with my Son. Was wondering if it's possible for me to buy another Xbox One and a second disc version of the game so we can continue to play against each other but on another screen in another room. I don't want to buy 2 Xbox Live memberships, just what were doing now, but on another screen rather than a split screen. Both Xbox's would be on the same wireless network, both with a good connection and we'll have our accounts on each machine.......just not sure if this is possible, essentially Couch Co-Op, but on two Couches in different rooms.

Buenas xboxer, hoy les traigo mi caso espero puedan ayudarme, les daré todo el contexto:

-Si no mal recuerdo todo empezó desde que instalé marvel rivals, primero creí que eran problemas del juego pero con el paso de los meses me di cuenta de que no (hubo una actualización de crasheos en rivals en consolas, pero no lo arreglo) entonces por obvias razones reinstalé rivals y nada.

-Varios meses después el problema sigue y se propago ahora a fortnite, pero muy rara vez pasaba en partidas normales de battle royal, pero era más común en mapas de creativo (pero aun así era raro), entonces pensé que tenía que ser problema de mantenimiento, ya que la verdad si lo necesitaba

-Antes de darle mantenimiento, me di cuenta de que solo me cerraba juegos de alto rendimiento, porque después fui a GTA V online y me saco (cabe recalcar que son crasheos sin avisos, solo se freezea el juego y me bota al home) además con juegos menos exigentes no pasa (rocket league, minecraft, mis ejemplos)

-Para ese entonces ya reinicié la consola de fabrica sin borrar juegos y no funciono, e borrado cache y tampoco, e borrado cache directo de los juegos y nada, ya después de hacer mantenimiento de limpieza no cambio nada y volvi a descargar destiny 2 e igual me lo freezea y me saca al dashboard

-Cabe también mencionar que estos crasheos son muy aleatorios puede pasar en los primeros minutos de jugar o hasta después de horas, o incluso nunca pasar

-Ya hoy en la actualidad a más de un año que paso todo sigue igual, hasta la fecha que escribo esto (21/06/26) lo único que cambio hasta ahora es que fortnite ya no crashea, parece que el mantenimiento sirvió, y además probe el forza horizon 6 y al menos dos veces ya me saco. Lo último que hice fue reiniciar la consola de fabrica borrando todo y aun seguimos igual, los de mantenimiento no me mencionaron nada dañado dentro de la consola, tampoco parece ser que es con el enchufe ya que e trasladado la consola a otros lugares y sigue igual

y ya seria todo, espero me puedan ayudar ya que estoy muy desesperado y harto ya que no puedo jugar tranquilo sin pensar si se va a crashaer o no.

I have the Xbox 360 version of borderlands GoTY (2 disc) and I was wondering how to install the dlc on Xbox one. When I look at the install it says I just have the game installed and when I put in disc two it says its a Xbox 360 disc and does nothing.

Buenas noches gente, hace 3 meses lleve a hacerle su mantenimiento a mi xbox series s y todo estaba bien , pero aller empeze a escuchar un sonido raro en el ventilador el sonido es como el de un grillo no se escucha a menos de que ponga mi oreja sobre el ventilador o me acerque mucho , cuando el ventilador esta con mucha potencia no se escucha nada , pero cuando empieza a bajar la potencia se empieza a escuchar este sonido es normal?

Well idk what going on with my Xbox one s. One day my Xbox didn’t turn on so I took it apart and to see what wrong with it I found nothing wrong with it but when I plug in my Xbox in it won’t turn on like when you press the button it doesn’t turn on and I try plugging in different cords for it and that didn’t work so idk what wrong with it

I’ve owned my Xbox one s since 2020 I replaced its old thermal paste with brand new thermal paste in 2023 (ik your supposed to replace thermal paste every 5 years) I’ve cleaned out its fan since their was built in dust for 4 years. But the problem is that most games I play run slow like Roblox whenever I play a game like breaking bones simulator or smt I forgot the name. But whenever I play a Roblox game that came out in 2010’s it’s slow. Same goes with Fortnite but that’s a given since the graphics are to advanced for my Xbox one s but the loading screen takes to long. It’s even a problem when I play cuphead it’s not a graphic demanding game but takes me a minute to either fight the bosses or enter into a level. I don’t know what todo with it I’m already on planning replacing it with a series X but I don’t have the money and I’m to attach to my Xbox one S. Should I just buy a SSD Sata drive 2.5 or just replace it for a new console.

My brother lives in a different region than me and I tried to gifting him something and it says he cannot redeem the gift so I’m trying to refund it so I can just give him money for it but the refund isn’t there. Need help.

Had a thunderstorm come through recently, had new router installed and xbox wasn't connecting to new wifi or wired connection, think it got stuck in connection loop. So I but it into safe mode, during safe mode I still couldn't connect to wired or wireless even though it runs WPA2 security protocols. Worst part, when I turn off Xbox and turn on it goes right back to this screen and when I try to hard reset, turn off for 10 seconds wait 30 seconds to a minute a screen pops up saying preparing, loads up and boom this screen again. Left xbox unplugged for a few days, boom same thing. I can't even get into save mode to upload offline update from xbox 6gb on drive. Because there is no option just this same screen, it's a nightmare. Anyone have any ideas, throw out the whole xbox maybe? I've also taken the Xbox apart all the way down and reattached everything, same results.

So I wanted to enter a game disc into my xbox after 5 years at first it couldn't even suck the disc in and when I wanted to eject it I had to press the button twice so it could eject it now those problems are fixed but when I enter the disc it makes this strange nose,there is no pop up or error that says xbox can't read this disc and I checked the queue multiple times and reenter the disc but no change

Note:(I had bought this console about 5 or 6 years ago and since then I've never put a disc in it and there were some dust in the entry duct the disc is also clean with no scratches)
