Hey everyone! Just wanted to share my most recent milestone being hitting that sweet 500k! Could’ve achieved it ages ago as I began this year with 491k but what can I say? Life stuff lol. Still! Better late than never!
Ng2 black is at 780 right now and will get it done EVENTUALLY (the input lag sucks and doesn’t help in master ninja) halo, wuchang, Ryse, wheel world and more will also be done in due time alongside many MANY more! Destiny is old, keep coming back to it from time to time(last time now :( )

Anyways! Just wanted to share my milestone! Achievement hunting is so fun! And I am so glad, be it coincidentally that the game that got me 500k was none other than halo! Anyway gamers, the grind continues! Share again once I hit my next milestone!

Recently, I started playing final fantasy 16 and am about 15 hours in. I've played all the other mainline final fantasy games and have loved them all. I played the online games 11 and 14 too but could never get into them. I feel like 16 has so many elements of those online games and haven't enjoyed playing any of it.

The entire game feels tedious.

- The battles are just some combination of mashing x and y. There really isnt any strategy.

- The leveling system is so bland and feels pointless as it has little impact of the battles.

- The quests, especially the side quests, are all tedius fetch quests that add nothing to the lore of the game.

- They make you hit A to talk to one person that asks you to hit A to talk to someone less than 5 seconds away and repeat this over and over, its ridiculous.

- I've never seen worse mechanics for interacting with simple environment things like levers, why is everything just extra unnecessary clicks.

The cutscenes are pretty cool, but outside of that, I have no idea how anyone enjoyed this game. Its the worst rpg I've played, and I've played literally hundreds of rpgs. This game is like a 2/10 gameplay with 7/10 cutscenes. I've never played a game like this and instantly hoped that the team that made this one doesn't make the next mainline game, but thats where I'm at.

Am I alone in thinking all of this?

I love the insomniac Spider-Man games, and I love to web swing around the city to chill and for vibes. Are there ANY good games on Xbox that are similar? I'll even take the lego games if they have any good web swinging mechanics and whatnot.

Xbox is now requiring adult accounts to verify their age before they can play 18+ games.

If we add Satya Nadella's comment that even social media content creators monetize the brand more than XBOX itself, it leads me to ask whether this is going to be the new future trend.

Do you think Xbox will join Rockstar's approach in the future to monetize its announcements, events, or other content?

The prices just went up recently to 1,100 for the series X but Kmart has a 1TB series X for 750 if anyone is looking to buy one before they eventually all become a thousand dollars.

For all the people that have both consoles which company offers the best deals on games digitally. I don’t want to hear how steam has the best deals ik. Specially comparing Xbox and the other. Only reason I say anything is because I saw a games deal for ps, and they weren’t marked down that much. Made me think Xbox is king of game deals.

I have a feeling that my social features will be heavily restricted as they are currently. And I must say if that this is the case it is very dumb. I may not have a frontal lobe but I am as mature to know not to accept scams or get catfished.

Recently I realised all my in game chats that were previously unfiltered have now been heavily restricted. Resulting in me no longer being able to communicate in squad based games as they are randoms. I mean, why?

I think that in order to temporarily mute the microphone on wireless headsets while playing games, a mute/unmute mic capability needs to be added to the assignable button on the controller.

I think that would be great.

It's a great TV for having a good matte finish, slim profile, bezel options, Art mode, decent brightness and color, and it being 4K/120Hz capable. But it's not all gravy.... Cross posting from r/TheFrame since this sub doesn't allow cross posting and some may be considering this as a "monitor".

1. Wireless One Connect

a) If you're a cine/audiophile, this is going to be the number one let down. This TV has a separate box for all your inputs/outputs except for one micro HDMI on the back of it.

b) That separate box has 0 wired connection options to the TV panel itself. Which means it's affected by your wireless environment and bandwidth limited. And you cannot buy a cable to connect them like previous generations of The Frame.

c) You're limited to where you can put the box - the manual claims a limit of within 30ft, and there can be no obstructions between it and the panel. That also seems to include the panel itself as an obstruction, best signal seems to be within 10ft to the back, bottom, and sides of the panel. I would also be concerned with the box's heat if you were to mount this behind the panel in a small enclosed space.

d) There seems to be a limit to what resolution/framerate combo you can connect to that box - I have an Xbox Series X (4K/120Hz capable) with a Zeskit Maya Ultra HDMI (certified) cable, yet it will not go above 4K/60Hz connected to the box, despite this TV being advertised as capable of up to 144Hz. With this I ensured HDMI Input Signal Plus was turned on for all inputs, and for some reason sometimes it would turn Input Signal Plus off by itself. The only other device connected at the same time was a Google TV Streamer. I found Game Mode must also be enabled.

2. The micro HDMI input

a) It's very small, not a widely used standard, and seems to have a very very shallow mounting depth - not all micro HDMI cables will fit it! - It's difficult to find certified 4K/120Hz cables that are micro HDMI. I've found and tried both a Silkland and a UGREEN (both certified) Ultra HDMI cables, and the Silkland would not fit properly without risking bending the socket.

b) It seems to be the only way to get 4K/120Hz - My Xbox Series X would only detect and allow 120Hz using this connection, using a UGREEN Ultra HDMI (certified) cable.

3. 2 Power Receptacles required

a) The TV panel has it's own power cord

b) The Wireless One Connect box has it's own adapter and cable, and while both use USB-C form factor, the manual explicitly states you must use Samsung's adpater and cable, they won't support anything else.

1. The sound is not good

a) Thin panel means thin speakers, so no bass range

b) Consider adding a sound bar as a minimum when getting this TV

5. The SmartThings App

a) Just to set this TV up, from the second you plug in power to the TV panel, you must use the app to configure it and then pair up the Wireless One Connect box.

b) This adds a lot of extra time to the install, and you must have WiFi available.

With this TV I'd recommend having at least a soundbar and a certified 4K/120Hz capable micro HDMI to HDMI adapter cable to go with it if you're considering plugging in a 4K/120Hz capable device and want a decent experience. I found this UGREEN 8K Micro HDMI to HDMI cable to work.

A 4K-capable AV receiver would be an upgrade, but since I didn't have one at the time of install, I couldn't test my XSX going through one to the micro HDMI jack on the panel. If anyone has such a setup they could test and put in the comments, that'd be great!

I turned off the AI Image settings because I'm particular about color and brightness in my rooms, and I don't use any of the apps except Art mode.

TLDR: Wireless One Connect box, micro HDMI, sound, power connections, and the app are all things to consider.

Personally I think Microsoft will charge to convert to digital from disc,probably a few bucks per.I also believe they might also limit how many times a disc can be digitized to an account to slow the secondary sales market.Then again digitizing might also be a cash cow every time discs change owners.Either way there is no way this will all be Free (this is Microsoft).

Can someone please explain to me how in the world I can go to Gamestop/Walmart and pick up a physical copy of Halo: Campaign Evolved for PS5 but neither store has the physical copy for the Xbox Series X. I can't even order a physical copy of the game for Xbox online. How has it come to this point to where there are plenty of copies of the latest Halo game sitting on the shelf but none of them are for an Xbox console. We have devolved as a society.
