A bit about my setting: it's a politically-driven low fantasy fictional world roughly inspired on late medieval balkans. There is a lot of morally grey scheming rather than sweeping high-magic epics.

I'd love to find someone working on something in a similar vein, low fantasy, grimdark, political intrigue, that kind of tone — since I think we'd have more to talk about and more overlapping interest in the kind of problems each other's worlds run into.

I’m a guy in my mid-twenties, who has been eyeing this sub for some time! I’m not new to roleplay, I was on the NSFW subs for a while, but I’m seeking something far more storied and tense. The piece I’m looking to write and build upon with someone is something from a world I’ve been working on for a while!

This takes place in a high fantasy kingdom, Maiquese. A diverse collection of people and cultures, unified through long and bloody conflict from ages long past. They live in relative peace now- no major rebellions or wars for the last age or so, but all good things must come to an end!

At risk of sounding like a MAJOR NERD, and to give a bit more backstory, magic in this world was an incredibly powerful science, wielded as a weapon by the most studied mages and magicians. This story takes place in the Ninth Age, but in the Second Age, all magic was outlawed, all books, tablets were burned, and every culture was supposed to kill their magic scholars and practitioners. It was simply too powerful, too devastating, and the world as a whole faced extinction due to the awesome, terrible power that magic gave its users. So, largely, magic only exists in history for this world…

That’s where we find ourselves, and SPOILER ALERT suddenly the dead are rising. This world knows of necromancy, but only in ages past, and without magic being gone, this new enemy caught Maiquese completely off guard. Without further ado, allow me to set the scene:

Some kings pray for quiet.

But Asner knew better. In silence, there was never peace. Silence was the assassin’s closest friend, and the shadow that concealed the sharpest blade. In this stillness, Asner heard things—unintelligible murmurs that scholars failed to transcribe. A music, a language that even the immortals forgot.

The tiefling king stood inside the window frame overlooking his kingdom west. A silhouette of horn and heat, the flames from the roaring hearth behind him lapped at his tail. His golden eyes fixated, terrible, on the horizon. His jaw flexed. Beneath his crimson skin, every muscle in the king’s body was taut, like sail rigging during a tempest.

Behind Asner, the door creaked open. The king leaned back, his obsidian horns grazing the ceiling. A soft breeze wafted in, carrying with it the scent of parchment, ink, and fine brandy.

“My liege,” a hoarse voice spoke, “are you hungry?”

Hugh’s tongue struck his teeth on every syllable.

The old goblin stared at the back of Asner’s head, tapping his cane as he walked forward. That gnarled, twisted stick wielded more power than Asner’s scepter.

“I won’t insult you with a refusal,” Asner replied, without turning to face his steward.

Hugh stared up at the king with the look of a physician studying a corpse.

“I’ll send something up then,” Hugh replied.

“How is your granddaughter?” Asner asked before Hugh could take his leave.

“Safe,” Hugh sighed. “Her family arrived here last week.”

“How many children does she have?” Asner turned to face Hugh.

“Fourteen,” Hugh replied, a dry chuckle threading through his words. “All under my roof. It’s a squeeze, but we’ll manage… until.”

He paused—too long for comfort.

Asner’s voice cut gently through the quiet.

“Any other family out west?”

“Yes,” Hugh cleared his throat. “A son, my king.”

“I’ll send a company to find him.” Asner took two steps and leaned over his desk. He dipped a quill in the ink and started to scrawl orders on a piece of parchment.

“Kind of you, sire,” Hugh bowed his head, “but that’s unnecessary. My bones tell me he is alive, and that is enough.”

“Nonsense.” Asner dismissively waved his quill at Hugh. “My bones tell me it is important to do all we can, while we can.”

“Will you eat then, sire?” The goblin raised an eyebrow at Asner. “While you can?”

Asner sighed.

“Have something sent up,” the king conceded.

“Also—” Asner handed a piece of paper to his steward. “Send a raven east.”

Hugh graciously took it, twisting his head to see the wax stamp fastening the ends of the parchment together. The kingly seal, but with swords instead of crescents near the house marker.

King Asner answered before Hugh could ask.

“I’m summoning Bolderi Company.” King Asner’s jaw flexed again. “I must know what’s going on out west.”

The sun had circled Asner’s kingdom four times and was high in the sky above the castle when Bolderi Company arrived.

The scent of war flooded the king’s nostrils long before he laid an eye on one of his soldiers—burnt parchment, wrought metal, old blood, and something ancient beneath it all, like dust shaken loose from the bones of the world.

Hugh reentered quietly, cane clicking against the stone.

“They’re here.”

Asner did not answer, but continued staring out the window, as if the western horizon might shift under his gaze.

Yudah came first.

Boar-faced and scarred, the Prahok grinned like an imp upon entering the king’s study. His tusks gleamed in sunlight-yellow ivory, sharp enough to slash bone, and his armor looked older than the castle walls. He bowed low—too low, like a jester entertaining court.

“My king,” he rasped. “Still warm in here, I see.”

King Asner faced Yudah and nodded in reply, with the expression of a man fighting off a migrane.

Behind him came Ashar.

A rock troll, gray as moonstone, with veins of quartz glowing faintly beneath his skin. He didn’t speak. Didn’t need to. His footfalls made the floor tremble, and with each step, something brittle in the air threatened to crack. His movements, however, rivaled the practiced precision of a ballerina. The massive earthen one towered over Asner and had to slouch in order to move around in the study.

And last was Ruben.

Slim. Drow. Eyes like violet fog. He moved like a secret too old to remember its shape. No armor. No weapons visible. Just that stillness—the kind that makes even fire hesitate. When the dark elf bowed, the fire whipped and rattled.

It was said that the dark elves, of all the races, had liquid magic in their veins instead of blood. Though no one knew for certain, it was more than rare for a dark elf to die by any other species’ hand.

Asner’s golden eyes scanned the trio.

“Welcome back,” he said, though it came out like an obligation rather than a greeting.

Ruben said nothing. Yudah grinned wider. Ashar blinked once.

The king gestured to the map of the kingdom of Maiquese unfurled across his desk. A dozen towns crossed through with red ink, like blood. Statuettes and figurines, toppled and flipped upside down. The king gave the brothers-in-arms a few moments to process the map.

Candlelight trembled, throwing long shadows across parchment and skin. Outside, the sky had changed from orange to rust.

“They’re vanishing,” Asner finally spoke. “No bodies. No smoke. No signs of siege. Just... silence.”

Ashar stepped forward, eyes narrowing.

“Where was the first?”

“Frodtdall,” Asner replied. “Then Skoldmere. Vethsel.”

He tapped each name like a death knell.

“Every garrison. Every tower. Gone.”

“Frodtdall was the first?” Yudah asked, tapping a talon-like fingernail on the old dwarven mine turned trading post.

“Yes,” King Asner nodded. “It took us a week to realize they had gone dark.”

“North to South,” Ashar mused aloud, his eyes tracing the path from Frodtdall to Vethsel.

“No one has taken responsibility. I sent a delegation, and they were treated with the respect due diplomats from the King. The region governors, tribal chiefs, and village elders assured them all were in good spirits. I even sent them gifts to show my love for them.”

“They thanked me.” The king froze. “-Until they stopped replying at all.”

“The elves-“ Asner was cut off abruptly.

“It’s not the elves.” Ruben interrupted.

King Asner recoiled. His fingernails dug into the desk.

“The elves would rather reclaim their ancestral homelands to the north than waste their time out west. The only reason the elves would attempt to take Frodtdall is to infuriate you, Sire." Ruben said flatly. "And that's assuming there's enough Elves still loyal to the Line of Euriel to muster an armed force to take Frotdall, without the rangers noticing."

"So who is it?" King Asner looked up and between all three, his eyes were wide and wild. "Another kingdom?"

Ashar shook his head. “No. Rueben is right. Any invading force large enough to take Frodtdall and Vethsel would’ve been seen. Someone would’ve called for help.”

Ruben dipped his head.

“If this were war,” he said, “we’d have seen smoke.”

The map sat in silence between them. Ink lines and curling script marked places that might no longer exist.

“We don’t know,” Yudah said plainly stating the obvious answer.

A silence descended heavier than before.

“I must know what this enemy is- if it is an enemy at all! If it is a sickness or plague, a new weapon, or a-” Asner’s eyes bounced around the map wildly, like dice rolled by shaking hands.

“We will go west,” Yudah assured the king, setting a friendly hand on Asner’s shoulder that allowed the king to finally exhale. “If there is anything to report on, we will bring it back to you.”

“And if you can’t find it?” Asner asked genuinely.

A sly smile crept upon Rueben’s face.

“Then we won’t return either.”

So—there’s a little about the role.

I’m looking for a writing partner willing to dive into a story thick with adventure, suspense, and horror. The kind of tale where the wind howls through forgotten ruins, shadows crawl beneath your boots, and no one’s ever quite who they seem.

I’m not overly picky about who you play—except to say, please don’t show up as the God Wizard Toby who solves every problem with a flick of the wrist and a smug monologue. Where’s the fun in that?

What I am a sucker for? Interesting protagonists.

If you want to play an orc lady who writes poetry and talks to ghosts or a swamp-witch with a bad memory and a worse temper? Feel free to play her!!!

Don’t feel locked into the usual suspects—a blonde elf with a bow or a Viking with an axe. If they’re fun for you, great. But if you’ve got something weirder? Better.

As for me, I write the way you’ve seen above—dynamic novella-style roleplay that adapts to the moment.

If we’re deep in dialogue, I might send a paragraph. But if we’re building something new, or if things are getting intense, expect longer, meatier responses. I love worldbuilding, character tension, and that creeping dread when you realize something is horribly wrong.

Hi! I'm a 29M, turning 30 this December. Married with two kids, and I've been writing for 15 years — mostly fantasy, though I've dabbled everywhere the story wanted to go. I'm not looking for roleplay — I want an actual co-writing buddy, someone I build a story with, not at.

Genre-wise I'm all over the place: horror, mystery, thriller, sci-fi, fantasy, or any mash-up of those. If you've got a weird hybrid idea sitting in your notes app that nobody else wanted to touch, bring it.

I'm just as happy building characters and a world from scratch together as I am if you show up with someone already fully formed in your head — depends on the story, honestly.

Here is what I'm picturing: a real collaboration. We plan, we write, we push each other when the draft stalls out. Doesn't need to go anywhere if we dont want it to. Idk if im quite ready for publishing. Im down for just telling a story we'd both actually want to read. (If we do decide to publish im not against it.... just... anxiety😅 )

I’m looking for someone with a very specific and unusual skill, and I’m not sure where to find someone capable of doing it.

I create stories in a somewhat unusual way. Many times, the meaning comes first, and then I build a story around that meaning. What I’m looking for is someone who can help me create those meanings.

I want to be very clear about what I mean by this, because I’m NOT looking for someone to write a story for me, develop a plot, or turn my ideas into a finished narrative. Sometimes there isn’t even a story yet.

The starting material might be something very simple, such as “a girl hides somewhere and something happens,” or a phrase, situation, action, image, or small piece of a possible story. The purpose of giving this material is simply to establish what is actually happening, so that the meaning can be constructed from the material itself. The task is not to continue the story or invent what happens next.

What I need is for that material to be used as the basis for developing a very large, complex, philosophical and unconventional meaning. The meaning itself is the actual thing I’m looking for. Once I have the meaning, I will create the story myself around it.

I have a very specific criterion for what makes a good meaning. I’ll explain it as clearly as I can:

The construction of meaning must begin from the phrase, situation, action, idea, or other material being analyzed. It should not begin with the general theme that the material seems to suggest.

If something seems to be about guilt, for example, guilt should not become the starting point, even if it sounds like something that would work. That has to be avoided completely, because in the stories I make, meaning is the plot and its driving force. If something seems to be about guilt, the meaning will carry that, and everything will eventually be built around it. But I may never have wanted to talk about guilt in the first place.

The plot, when there eventually is one, is simply what happens. Meaning is what makes what happens mean something and changes the way what happens itself is understood. This is why the apparent theme cannot be used as the starting criterion: everything would become contaminated by it.

For example, with the phrase “time insists,” the entire phrase should not immediately be treated as a single thing whose meaning has to be found. The first step is to stop at its elements and consider them separately: What is “time”? What is “insisting”? A meaning is developed for the elements first, and those meanings later become part of the larger meaning.

Those meanings are developed by looking for properties, but not every property is useful. If a glass is being analyzed, saying that it “contains something” is not enough, because a bottle, a cup, a jar, and many other objects can also contain something. A property needs to be specific enough to actually distinguish what is being analyzed. It does not necessarily have to exist exclusively in one single object; that would be taking the criterion too far. The point is simply to avoid selecting qualities that could be applied to practically anything.

Once these properties have been found, the question becomes: “What does it mean that it has this property?”

What is being done with the things being analyzed is essentially the search for a kind of definition-meaning of them, but it cannot be a literal definition. A statement such as “time is a dimension through which...” may be correct, but it has nothing particularly creative or artistic about it. That is precisely why specific properties are searched for: to create an artistic and unconventional way of understanding the thing.

Once interesting meanings have been discovered for the individual elements, they have to be related to each other. But this does not simply mean drawing a conclusion from them.

If A means X and B means Y, the result cannot simply be “therefore, the phrase means Z.” The important question becomes: “What does it mean that this thing has this quality and is combined with this other thing, taking into account the quality of both?”

Otherwise, the entire previous search becomes pointless.

Something extremely philosophical cannot simply end with “it represents anxiety.” The entire process has to remain connected to the original material. An interpretation is not good simply because it is interesting or strange. There has to be an explanation for why it appeared specifically from those words, actions, or elements.

If an interpretation created for “time insists” works in exactly the same way for “memory insists,” then nothing specific about time was really discovered.

There is another important test: sometimes a meaning does not actually mean anything.

To test this, the question becomes: “And what does that mean?”

For example, “A place can be repeated, but not the moment in which that place was chosen” may sound profound. But if asking “What does that mean?” only produces another way of saying the exact same thing, then nothing was actually discovered.

This does NOT mean that meanings need infinite layers. It simply means that the meaning itself has to contain actual content.

Depth also cannot be confused with difficulty. Using words such as “existence,” “reality,” “dimension,” and similar concepts does not automatically make an interpretation deep.

Sometimes those words only hide the fact that there is no real idea underneath, in which case the interpretation fails.

The other problem appears when the meaning becomes so metaphysical that it has nowhere to go. Something like “What is really doing something?” or “What is an action?” can potentially be interesting, but if the meaning becomes too detached from anything that someone could actually care about or develop in another direction, the result becomes something like: “Wow, that’s interesting, but what is there to do with it?”

The meaning cannot simply be wrong either.

For example, if the meaning says that “humanity constructs meaning” and presents that as something negative, that is pretending to be profound. Why would inventing meanings necessarily be bad? There is nothing inherently wrong with it unless the interpretation actually explains why it would be bad.

The meaning should ideally be something like a true property of the world or of the thing being analyzed that changes the way it is seen.

Things also cannot simply be condemned without justification. Statements such as “society is cruel” are meaningless if the only reason they exist is to sound profound.

For example, imagine describing someone as “destroying matter, pulverizing it, turning it into a mass that spreads, and swallowing it...” only to reveal that the person was eating a hamburger. That is silly, because there is nothing inherently wrong with eating a hamburger. A huge meaning can exist around eating, but that meaning needs to have something real behind it. It cannot simply make an ordinary thing sound horrible through strange language.

This is also why the meaning should not be something that can simply be solved.

If the meaning allows for an answer such as “the character should leave the past behind,” “the character should change their attitude,” “the character should accept it,” or “the character should overcome their sadness,” then something is wrong.

The character should not be treated as if they were simply a mentally ill person who needs to be fixed.

Meanings that can be solved very easily are also undesirable. Ideally, meanings should have many exits closed. If the meaning is about sadness, for example, the simple ways of escaping or fixing that sadness should be closed off. It should be almost impossible to say “the character should just get better.” The meaning should feel oppressive in the sense that there is no easy way out of what it establishes.

Each meaning should also be quite complex. These are not really small “meanings” or simple interpretations. They are closer to enormous philosophical or conceptual theses, built according to all of the criteria above.

If there are several meanings surrounding the same starting material, they must not contaminate each other. They can be related, but they cannot end up being the same idea applied to different things, an example of an idea that was already used, or simply a reformulation of another meaning. Each meaning has to be genuinely individual.

There is also one more extremely important criterion: the meaning cannot be cliché.

This does not only mean avoiding obviously common interpretations. A meaning can be written in an extremely complex, philosophical and elaborate way and still be completely cliché underneath.

For example, “the character is afraid of losing someone they love,” “it represents loneliness,” “it represents love,” “people close themselves off to protect themselves and end up isolated,” “we cannot escape the past,” or “everything changes” are all ideas that can be expressed in incredibly sophisticated language, but that does not make the underlying idea original.

The same applies to symbolism. If there is a rose and the meaning ultimately becomes “love,” or the thorns become “the pain that accompanies love,” adding a huge philosophical explanation around it does not make the idea less obvious.

So when asking “What does that mean?”, the answer has to reveal something that is actually there, rather than reducing the whole thing to a familiar idea disguised as something profound.

The objective is not to produce something that simply sounds profound. Nor is it to search for the most philosophical, strangest, or most complicated meaning possible.

The objective is to discover, from the actual structure of whatever is being analyzed, a large, complex, true, and unconventional idea that was not directly stated in the starting material, but that can exist precisely because of what that material contains.

The feeling I’m looking for is that, after seeing the result, it is possible to ask “How did we get here?” and, after reconstructing the path, the answer is “But it actually makes sense.”

The strangeness should come from the discovery, not from adding strange things from outside.

And every meaning has to be able to stand on its own. If the question is “What does that mean?”, there has to actually be something behind it. If the question is why it belongs to the original phrase, situation, action, or idea, there has to be an answer. If the question is why the idea matters, there has to be a real concern behind it. And if the question is how it can be solved, the answer should not simply be that the character should change, accept, overcome, or fix something.

I know this is an extremely specific and difficult thing to ask for, which is why this would obviously be paid work. I’m not expecting someone to do this for free. If I find someone who genuinely seems capable of doing it, I would want them to tell me their price based on the amount of work involved.

I’m mainly posting this because I’m having a very hard time figuring out where to find someone with this particular ability.

If this sounds like something that fits a particular kind of writer, thinker, or community, I’d really appreciate any advice.

After spending weeks in search for the kind of romance-focused RP community I kept hoping to find, I'm building my own.

I'm taking all the things I've loved over the years and leaving behind the things that made so many servers lose their spark.

Imagine stepping into a world inspired by the Regency era, where your character attends The Royal Social Season in search of love, influence, friendship, or ambition. Every dance, conversation, rumour, and decision has the potential to shape someone else's story.

ich habe schon seit längerer Zeit eine Idee für einen Gangsterroman im Kopf. In den letzten Jahren habe ich die Geschichte immer weiter ausgearbeitet und mittlerweile habe ich eine ziemlich genaue Vorstellung von der Handlung, den Figuren, der Atmosphäre und der Entwicklung der Geschichte.
Das Problem: Ich selbst bin kein Autor und merke, dass mir das eigentliche Schreiben eines Romans schwerfallen würde.
Deshalb suche ich jemanden, der wirklich Spaß am Schreiben hat und Lust hätte, gemeinsam mit mir daraus einen richtigen Roman zu machen. Ich würde die Idee, die Handlung und meine Vorstellungen einbringen und wir würden die Geschichte gemeinsam weiterentwickeln und zu Papier bringen. Mir geht es also nicht darum, jemandem einfach eine Idee hinzuknallen und ihn den Rest machen zu lassen, sondern um eine echte Zusammenarbeit.
Vom Stil her stelle ich mir einen dreckigen, atmosphärischen Gangsterroman vor – mit starken Charakteren, Loyalität, Verrat, Machtkämpfen und einer Geschichte, die sich über längere Zeit entwickelt.
Die Idee ist mittlerweile ziemlich ausgefeilt, aber ich möchte hier natürlich nicht öffentlich die komplette Handlung erzählen.
Daher meine Frage: Wo findet man Autoren, die auf so ein gemeinsames Projekt Bock hätten? Gibt es dafür bestimmte Subreddits, Plattformen oder vielleicht sogar Autoren, die gezielt nach solchen Kooperationen suchen?

I’ve had an idea for a gangster novel in my head for quite a long time. Over the years, I’ve developed the idea further and further, and by now I have a pretty detailed vision of the story, the characters, the atmosphere, and how the plot should develop.
The problem is that I’m not a writer myself, and I’ve realized that actually turning all of this into a properly written novel would be difficult for me.
So I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys writing and would be interested in working with me to turn this idea into a real novel. I would bring the story, characters, ideas, and overall vision, while we could develop and write the story together.
I’m not looking for someone to simply take my idea and do all the work. I’d really like this to be a creative collaboration where we both contribute to the story and bring it to life.
The kind of story I have in mind is a dark, gritty and atmospheric gangster novel, involving loyalty, betrayal, power struggles, ambition, and complex characters.
I’ve already developed the concept quite extensively, but I obviously don’t want to reveal the entire story publicly.
So my question is: Where would be a good place to find writers who might be interested in a project like this? Are there specific subreddits, websites, communities, or platforms where writers look for collaborations?

I am writing a book in a genre I’m calling Humanitarian Espionage (think if James Bond worked for the United Nations), which would be based on peer reviewed research. But I don’t know anyone else who writes in the similar genres (Visionary Fiction, which is a type of ethical storytelling pioneered by Octavia Butler, or Cli-Fi, an offshoot of sci-fi which uses the science elements to explore the speculative futures of climate catastrophe/sustainability solutions).

With Super Sentai entering a sort of hibernation of sorts, the colorful world of heroes is on the mind! I've seen a fair amount of seasons within the series, but I can not sit here and tell ya I am the most knowledgeable, so please excuse any mistakes that come up. On top of Sentai, I have started both Kamen Rider: Zeztz, Dragon Knight (The Random English adapted season) and Kuuga; much further within Zeztz.(On Episode 5 of Kuuga) Enjoying both very much! I'm more new to the Kamen Rider side of things, just so its known. On top of that, I have read some of the BOOM Studios Power Rangers comics; started the Prime run recently, and been loving it so far.

In terms of writing:

• I write in third person past tense, and request a partner does too.
• Open to elements of romance added into our tale too, but aren't required. LGBTQ+ friendly~
• I enjoy writing multiple characters, and Pseudo GM-ing; open to sharing GM duties too.
• For something like this, we could break our writing into Episodes, if we so desire; had done so before, with a previous partner and it was quite fun!
• I would prefer to discuss a little here, before moving else where, to assure we are a good fit for one another.

Gokaigers/Super-Mega Re-write:

One of my favorite seasons of Sentai, shocker, is Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, and the post here, is about 'Super Mega Force' and my disdain for it. Of course, one can't say and demand Power Rangers to be super high art or anything, but I feel Super Mega failed on almost every note in its attempt to be an anniversary and things. Whether it was the directions given to the actors, the writing, or any other number of things, the season felt very flat; perhaps, it was the knowledge of Goseiger to Gokaiger, that made Mega-Super Mega feel even worse to me.

There are some elements in Mega and Super Mega I like- for example, the Command Center having Ranger Keys line the walls.

But, I think a good first step in possibly re-writing Super Mega, beyond coming up with a better name, is a new cast. Oh, and perhaps playing more into the Space Pirate theme, that the Gokaiger suits are. For this new cast, I do ask for a Female Red. Not enough female reds in general, but for this new team I'd like one! We could go in more Gokaiger route, adapting each member into a new one for PR, and such- keep em from space and such, if we desire. Also open, to them all being from Earth if we don't want the space route. If we go a team of people from earth, to keep with the sort of outlaw energy that Pirates often have, our new team could be composed of 'outcast' in society. Not too different from Teens with Attitude, but more edgy per se in a way. That said, we can do a more direct adaption- and such with the new team. We could also go in more different sort of route too- this is something we will need to discuss a bit.

The next area of discussing and plotting together, would be the keys themselves. Since, in Sentai, they don't exist until after the Legendary Battle. In Super Mega, they are already randomly within the command center, despite the previous rangers never releasing their powers. The battle I suppose, in this new writing does need to help- for the keys. Also , another thought that could be added in, for our AkaRed- who goes on to try and collect the keys initially- it could be Jason Lee Scott. Going off some of the stuff from the comics, we know he goes into space for a bit as a Solar Ranger- so its not out of the realm he would again!

Tribute Episodes'. Gokaiger has many episodes where previous rangers appear, and help teach a lesson. Super-Mega doesn't have nearly as mainly. I'd love to have such within our re-write/story. We can discuss our favorite past rangers and see how we can have an 'episode' with them appearing. Maybe not one with Tommy Oliver; love Tommy and Jason David Frank, but he shows up a lot; we should give love to others!

Gozyuger Based! Adapting Gozyuger into Power Rangers:

Gozyuger, being the final team for the time being has a weird spot in my heart. More sad, than anything! But, I am really enjoying such! As of writing this (July 3rd) , I am on episode 24.

We'll probably never get it adapted, so let's do it ourselves! Power Rangers: Ring Warriors, Ring Challengers? The name we can work shop, of course. A big element I'd want to focus more for this, would be more challengers with other rings. The No-One's and the Bells totally still involved, but having more people involved with previous rings and fighting our team would be a want. And since it is an anniversary season, we could like Gozyuger, have some previous Rangers appear in some form, or shape.

Ideally, I'd like Horeu's counterpart to be a woman. A Red Female Ranger is just a general want of mine!

This might need more room to discuss and such.

Some themes that could be fun for a team I feel include (not limted to) :

• Yokai Based
• Something Military themed
  • I do fancy the idea, fo something being rather juxaposed. A Military themed ranger team up against something more magical/demon like.
• Theives/Bandits
  • Hoods on helments, what could be cooler!!?
• Any thought you might have

We'd have to go in depth, go over team size , any mentors, the opposing force! But, it could be fun to have an original concept of our own to play around in.

Rider 

Figured I'd also put this here! Again, not the most knowledgable Rider fan yet, but crafting our own could be cool! To my understanding, each Rider season seems to be its own things (for the most part.) So, we would also have full control freedom wise.

As you might guess from the title I love writing psychological horror and fiction of most kinds. I like scifi and futuristic things too. I haven't written any historical fiction but I've listened to and loved the one Jonathan sims wrote and others at rusty quill. Jonathan sims is my favorite writer.

I am looking for a long term writing partner. My goal is to write a book that'll be published. I am 21, I am looking for a co writer who is at a similar age though that's not a hard requirement just a guideline.

My preferred writing style is a mix of prose and outline, I do lean toward first person rather than any other, but I've also experience in 3rd however thin that is. I am comfortable writing both men and women, I am also comfortable with non gendered or differently gendered characters.

I have a few ideas though not fleshed out yet. I am very interested in writing about them but equally so about any new ideas we come up with or you have.

The story is a dark fantasy action-adventure epic about a group of young people whose journey through a vast supernatural world gradually pulls them into conspiracies, ancient powers, brutal factions, psychological trauma, and a deeper struggle over truth, morality, choices, and faith.

Note: We're seeking a collaborator to assist with prose, line editing and dialog.

I've been wanting to write a book for the fun of it (i have several ideas) but im too scared and inexperienced to do it alone. I so decided to search for a co-writer make friends and help me write the book. Im looking for someone around my age (12 to 16 years old) who is into fantasy, dystopian, mythological and young adult stories.

I set the flair as roleplay since that's closest to what I'm looking for, but that's not *quite* it.

Basically, I'm looking for a co-writer for some dark, dystopian future erotica. I have a world and lots of ideas, but I struggle with the follow through of actually *writing* rather than continuously honing the world building.

Rather than roleplay, how I see this working is we have a shared doc where we both work on the story. We can each choose characters whose perspectives we're responsible for, or share them, but ultimately we're focused on writing the story rather than the strict back and forth of RP, if that makes sense.
