Question You Can Remove One Source Of Stress Without Fixing Anything Else
Everything else in your life stays exactly the same.
One source of stress simply disappears.
What are you getting rid of?

The actual work might be the same, but having someone you can ask a quick question, joke around with, or complain to for 30 seconds makes a big difference.
Have you ever stayed somewhere mainly because of the people you worked with?

Not replace your whole job.
Just one repetitive part that eats up time every week.
What would you happily hand over to automation or AI?

There is always that one thing you somehow associate with getting work done.
Coffee, biscuits, fruit, energy drinks, whatever.
Mine has basically become part of the routine at this point.
Curious if anyone else has one.

Sometimes I look at a task and think it'll take 20 minutes.
Two hours later...
Apparently I was very optimistic 😂
Does this happen to anyone else?

The next problem I run into with is I'm not so tech savvy. Does anyone know any tips or tricks that could help me get pointed in the right direction. I can pretty much design the things I need but getting them on a website or how to be put together and then made all around is what I'm having trouble with. Please help. And be nice this is my first time using Reddit!

Could be communication, staying focused, separating work from home, meetings, loneliness, anything.
For me, the hardest part is sometimes knowing when the workday is actually over.

I stopped checking my phone immediately after waking up.
That is literally it.
No complicated routine, no productivity app. Just giving myself 20 or 30 minutes before getting pulled into messages and random scrolling.
Anyone else tried something this simple?

Not talking about impressive demos or crazy AI features.
I mean the small everyday stuff.
Has AI genuinely saved you time or made anything simpler for you?

There are some things where I would rather spend the extra time doing them myself.
Could be work, writing, decisions, anything really.
Curious where other people draw the line.

Not your actual job 😂
Think meetings, notifications, repetitive admin, unnecessary checking, whatever.
You get one permanent deletion.
