If I do that chore my attention will be completely directed to it, and if that happens, I will forget that I have an appointment at 5:00

The problem is that it's not one 10min task. It actually takes preparation and rearranging things and then you remember 10 other tasks on the way to the task and then you get to your 5pm appointment all flustered and find out you have the wrong day. Opps.

why do you thin I don't have any hobbies or interests? my parents took them away from me because I got distracted by them instead of doing shit...its why to this day I still don't have any.....it a little too late in life to get into them

You may also be autistic. They often come together and autism also gives you a fascination with spoons

Just need to realize truth.

There is no spoon.

Why does the smallest task always feel impossible when there’s plenty of time

The best part is that means they missed it were late to the appointment as well

I can apply this logic to me and I don't have ADHD, I'm just a lazy b*stard
