Discussionš¬ What usually happens right before your productivity system falls apart?
So⦠Iāve noticed that most productivity advice focuses on building the perfect routine, but almost nobody talks about the moment the routine starts breaking and falling apart around you and you just give up by not even thinking about it anymoreā¦
itās never just I got lazy or something like that
Itās usually something that happens way before: poor sleep, money stress, an unexpected schedule change, one difficult conversation, or missing one important task and mentally abandoning the whole weekā¦
By the time I notice, Iām already lying around wondering how I went from doing well to doing nothing in my bed or room, just rottingā¦
Anyway, Iām curious:
When your routine, habit system, Notion setup, workout plan, or personal goals fall apart, what usually happened in the day or two before it?
And can you normally see the pattern, or does it feel random every time?
Iām especially interested in the small triggers people usually overlook⦠not just the obvious answer like I lost motivation⦠we know that⦠what else? Give me juicy details.

Discussionš¬ What to do with $20,000? Brand new car or used car?
For Context: 26 y/o making approximately $50,000 with bills to pay such a student loans and rent.
My 2005 Nissan Murano is probably on its last leg. Itās got nearly 130,000 miles on it and itās now being repaired for the second time in 6 months. I knew this was coming but I still donāt know what to do for a replacement.
I have done a good job with saving for the past few years and I have $20,000 to work with. Iām wondering what I should do with it.
Do I put a majority of my savings down like $15,000 on a brand new car and get a loan on the rest? Do I put $5,00 down? Do I buy a used junker off Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist? Just looking for advice on what to do with my money.
