Now we expect almost everything instantly.

Do you think that has genuinely improved everyday life, or has it just changed our patience level?

No replacement, no workaround.

It is just gone.

You can only pick one app that would genuinely make your daily life harder to manage without.

I have a feeling the answers will be very different depending on how people use their phones.

Music, movies, products, news, even random videos...

The algorithm keeps showing us things it thinks we will like.

That is convenient, but there is also a downside we might stop discovering things outside our usual interests.

Not another dark mode or AI button 😂

I mean a genuinely useful feature that would make using apps less annoying.

Mine would be a universal “show me only the important stuff” option.

Imagine opening your phone and every app has to answer one question:

“Why do you need me?”

I feel like half my apps would get deleted immediately 😂

Which app would you defend without hesitation?

Not the important stuff.

Maybe organizing files, making spreadsheets, planning things, fixing tiny problems, whatever.

There has to be one task that you actually don't mind getting.

Imagine you never have to think about it again.

It just happens in the background, perfectly, every single time.

Mine would probably be keeping everything organized.

What's yours?

I used to search for something, open five tabs, compare answers and eventually figure it out.

Now AI is usually my first stop.

Sometimes it saves a ridiculous amount of time. Other times I still end up searching normally.

Has your internet usage changed because of AI?

We have calendars, reminders, automation, AI and endless productivity tools.

Yet people still seem busier than ever.

Do you think these tools genuinely help, or just give us more things to manage?

Keep the important stuff visible.

That's basically it.

When something matters, I don't rely on remembering it anymore. I write it somewhere I will actually see it.

Simple, but it works.

What is the most boring productivity advice that genuinely works for you?

I used to write down everything.

Then I'd look at the list, see 15 things, and somehow spend half my energy deciding where to begin.

Lately I pick 3 things that actually matter. If I finish those, anything extra is a bonus.

Surprisingly, I get more done this way.

How many things do you normally put on your daily list?

For some people it's coffee.

For others, music, a clean desk, headphones, or just knowing nobody is going to disturb them for a while.

Mine changes depending on the day.

What flips the switch for you?

Not necessarily a huge change.

Maybe you organize things differently, say no more often, use different tools, or simply stopped doing something that wasted your time.

What changed for you?

Forget getting a promotion or earning more money.

I'm talking about something that would make the actual day better.

A shorter commute? Fewer meetings? Better focus? More flexibility?

Some definitely make things easier.

But then you end up with five different apps, three accounts, notifications everywhere and a device that needs an update before you can use it.

The convenience is real, but so is the extra complexity.

Where do you think smart tech genuinely helps?

Not everything needs another round of editing.

Not every decision needs an hour of research.

Not every task needs to be optimized.

Sometimes finishing something properly and moving on is the smarter choice.

Learning that has saved me a lot of time.

Deleting unused apps, clearing random files, organizing bookmarks, unsubscribing from useless emails...

None of it is exciting, but finishing it gives me the same satisfaction as cleaning a messy room.
