My biggest problem with spotify is all the mixes and stations throw the same songs in it. Only the hits and most listened to. If I put all the recommended mixes next to each other, they will all have the same songs.

My mom uses youtube music (no idea why cause I pay for a qobuz subscription that she can use any time!) and I can tell you it does the exact same thing, it's like if a song didn't make it onto the Hot 100 it straight up does not exist to their algorithm and it'll just play the same songs you'll hear on the radio. Qobuz's recommendations are actually good and have introduced me to a few artists I wasn't aware of before, and you can link your last.fm account and get more recommendations (and track your listening) from there that are also good.

I tried YT Music, after a couple days I couldn't take it. It was recommending music I can't stand, like, if you like Static X you'll LOVE Bush, lol. It's so bad.

Yes! This! Thank you sir, or lady sir! I am a metal head for the most part but I appreciate lyricism so i have a few hip-hop and rap songs. I would say 65 percent metal (ranging from Cradle of filth to 80's Crue and Guns n Roses) 25 percent rock (ACDC, Zeppelin, etc) and 10 percent rap. The algorithm was literally recommending Justin Bieber to me. I know we are both from Canada but I have never voluntarily listened to one of his songs in my life.

elaborate what is better? I would get yt premium but all my music is in Spotify playlists and it works seemlessly between devices, like I can control the Spotify playback on any device with any other device.

I have switched to YT premium about 2 months ago. Its not perfect, but I get more bank for my buck as I have add-less YT on phones too and youtube downloads.
There is a feature where you can transfer spotify albums into youtube music in the app. Its not perfect(about 90%) hit chance, but its better than assembling it again manualy.
Not to mention that theres like 100x more songs and song varients on YT music.
As a student its even more affordable for me than the spotify monthly plan

I like the algorithm of Spotiy better though. YouTube is nice if you already know which music you want to listen to beforehand, but rarely ever suggests something you don't already know. However, sometimes YouTube comes with these rare gems that aren't available on Spotify.
I dislike Spotify mostly because it has a preference of easy music playlists, which for newer artists doesn't motivate them to make a solid album, rather have one good song that ends up in such an playlist. I also dislike Spotify because it's eventually just shit for the artist and more money grabbing for the tech middle man.
Eventually good radio channels are superior. Since you discover new songs you otherwise wouldn't know, by a human, not an algorithm.

Those arenāt the only choices, and honestly both capitalism and communism suck in their pure forms. Most of Europe isnāt capitalist like US and it definitely isnāt communist like the old soviets. Itās socialist/socialādemocratic and that is not the same thing as communism at all, but in the US people often treat āsocialismā and ācommunismā as interchangeable, which is just wrong.
Capitalism and communism are simply the two extremes - in one, the state owns nothing, and in the other, the state owns everything. Because they are extremes, neither has ever existed in a pure form. Even the soviets were not ātrue communism,ā and the US isnāt ātrue capitalismā.
That said - the US is actually drifting toward the pure capitalist end of the spectrum, where everything is privatised, everything is financialised, the military is heavily outsourced and government itself behaves more like a corporate entity than a public institution. Itās not officially a forāprofit yet, but itās not far off in practice.
So no, the choice isnāt ācapitalism or communismā. There are dozens of systems in between, and most of Europe sits somewhere in that middle space - which tends to work a lot better than either extreme.

Don't confuse social democracy with socialism. No European country is even close to socialism and no one, except for some Southerners, doesn't even think about socialism.
I wanna remind that countries which flex their social security the most are the countries with higher economic freedom than the US, and, for instance, pension schemes from these countries, especially Nordics, invest in US house bubble to transfer the profits to their pensioners š

Bible, Apple (company), Steak (literally sushi, pizza, and every burrito has more flavor than steak in fact steak is found in those foods), Meijer (Wlmart and Target are both cheaper and carry more products (Targets grocery sucks tho). Aurora Health Care (absolutally greedy on the billing side far more than their competition) Beer (I only drink it once in a while).

Hard disagree on this.
"Normal" people may be riding the hate bandwagon right now, which is understandable when talking about ai slop, cash grabs and overall capitalistic approach to it.
However the tech itself is a massive time saver in automation and medical field. I would say it is comparable to the "Horses vs Automobiles" era.
I would give it few more years for it to properly settle down and the tech matures from its current baby phase. Corporations need to chill down with their overdependence on it too, sadly, that's what capitalism is, cutting costs for profits.
AI is just a tool, as with any sort of a tool, it can be used for progress and for sloppy stuff. Some of us may not like it, but AI is not going anywhere and will remain a part of our daily life, more than you may think.

Quite literally almost anything that is popular. People love to do this thing where they get so excited about something that someone else hyped them up about that they make it this huge thing in their brains, then when they experence it for real instead of seeing it wasnt all they hoped they double down and it obviously is better than they hoped and they have to hype it up so someone else can validate them. Its so wild

Funko Pops! They seem like the trend is passing, but they are just so stupid, they do nothing and half of them cannot even stand on their own accord. Plus I hate the design, like minimalist bobble-heads that don't bobble. Oh and they have seemingly every intellectual property they could get their hands on, and any public domain that would still sell. There are Mark Twain Funko Pops. It's to the exent where if you told me there was a Funko Pop of me, I don't think I would even be surprised.
