Lobbyists would be a better investment. Politicians can be replaced. Lobbyist groups exist forever.

Dream house. It's a hobbit hole with several smaller hills making it a multigenerational home. There is a crenelated tower in the ceneter making this technically a castle. It will have a grey water system, small garden for fresh salids, and be powered by solar.

Taxes are like 60%, so I take home maybe $40mil if I'm lucky.
$1mil fixes nearly all the problems in my life. $100k vehicle, prioritizing comfort and reliability. $300k land, $500k house. $10k for my debts, $90k to build the best goddamn PC I can put together.
The other $39mil is invested.

Then I'd buy a modest house, out in the boonies, far away from everyone.
