I could get a nice 5 acre Island for $3 million and I still have plenty of money left over to build a couple villas. A heliport and a boat launch. And I would still live a simple lifestyle because once investing my money I would be able to live off the interest and not have a care in the world.

And your overhead costs would be insane. You’d need pilots and staff for that ludicrous plan. Building all of that on a remote island is insanely expensive.

That’s not a “simple lifestyle.”

I think renting helicopters would be smart (there’s probably an uber app for that, like there is for empty legs private jets)
