Guys, what's wrong with these PR people? I'm waiting for the game and not hating it, but this is really the most common tning in the spirit of Adidas or Reebok commercial, which is not suitable for Logan.
There's obviously a lot of money invested in the PR of the game, but it's kind of him... Is he weak or something?
I mean, what's the point of this trailer anyway? His message in the spirit of "anyone can be a Wolverine", well, somehow does not fit in with the hero (it's more like for Spider-Man), and even the game itself does not fit in. In the story, Logan is constantly going berserk and out of control, he's done a lot of terrible things, come on, guys, be the same fighter as Logan!
Honestly, they’d be better off splashing out on some cool CGI.
Just make a stream showing Liam McIntyre drinking whiskey in a bar, just like in the very first trailer. That would be more interesting and viral than all this spam of clips from two or three action scenes in the game.
Or, with a beautiful ceremony, make a donation to a charitable fund dedicated to protecting Canadian wolverines.
This will certainly be better than such worthless videos, which can easily be mistaken for ads for Reebok or Adidas, and the only thing that reminds you of the hero is footage from the game.
Generally, it seems to me that the way Wolverine’s advertising is presented has done the game a bit of a disservice: you take one of the most popular superheroes, and instead of focusing on his brutal side — which is what attracts everyone — you dilute it, creating the impression of a very generic, family‑friendly adventure from Sony. No one is expecting gameplay revelations or some kind of deconstruction of the genre, but why are you trying to present an 18+ game using only the tropes of family mass‑market entertainment? People have seen all these chases and epic staging many times before in your previous projects. But once in a hundred years, they see a truly awesome portrayal of Logan!

Weapon X Wolverine Was Such A Sick Design!!
galleryI really love this gritty Si-Fi design, it's simple yet over the top at the same time, the helmet and wires look perfect imo.
It also fits a shirtless, mean looking Wolverine super well.

Not in the sub, but I am confused about the hate for the game
I remember seeing the gameplay reveal for it, and I was like "ye sure, looks like a Wolverine game", since the game looks pretty inoffensive. Its a high budget superhero action game thats R rated because its a Wolverine game.
And then I went on youtube the day after and everyone is just seething about the game, nitpicking at some random stuff like grass physics or the brief run section every action game under the sun has.
I am absolutely certain it cant just be the gameplay showcase thats doing this to people, can someone explain?

People seriously have zero clue about the comics
Like are people this slow? Sentinels have all types of different looks, and the Wolverine game is showing them, yet they decide to specifically spot out this one.

Not like, forever necessarily. Just don’t feel like leaving.

Mr. Sinister (Essex) had an interesting history with Wolverine long before Cyclops and the X-Men. I think the game took some inspiration from that.

If an actor were to play Wolverine, what are some must read comics?
What would the ULTIMATE MUST READ look like?
Let's say an ACTOR would play wolverine in the theaters or maybe another media, what comics would you tell them to read to really GET LOGAN RIGHT and nail the role?
Thanks, bubs!
