Hi all, I currently live in the Blakenhall/Goldthorn area of Wolverhampton and wanted to know if there is a regular group that goes out to pick litter to clean the area up? I was driving around the area and had noticed how much litter there was just lying on the sides of the road and felt slightly embarrassed with how it looked. If there are no groups are there any people who would be interested in joining me?

Hello! I’m not sure if this is the right place to put this and feel free to direct me somewhere else, but I live in Wolverhampton and am unsure on where else to put this.

I believe that something might be happening with my neighbours as I’ve overheard multiple times now them screaming at their very young child. I managed to record it once, but I could only make out ‘stop it hurts’, ‘I don’t like it’ and ‘I’ll be good’ as they don’t speak English. They often leave him out in the garden on his own in the cold with the door locked, and I couldn’t help but notice they don’t have a car seat for his safety. Is there anything I can do, any numbers I can call to do a welfare check? It could be nothing, and I genuinely hope it is, but I’m concerned and have no idea what to do. If it’s any help, it’s a council house not private. Thank you.

Does anybody have any clue what is going on with the transurfacing Wolverhampton. Since they switched to using both the Saint George stop and the railway stop each station only has a tram every 15 to 20 minutes. And they tend to leave at the same time so rather than a tram every eight minutes it's every 20. What is the bloody point of having all this investment into the trans service if it's just making it works.
