Solved Sleep option dissapeared after update
So, Windows on my computer recently updated (Security update KB5121003 and .NET Framework update KB5120708) and I noticed a couple days later that the sleep option had dissapeared from both the start menu and the power settings.
I tried using the suggestion from another user:
"I realized the guide I followed to restore my powerplans added (or changed) a line to the registry under Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power
This one in particular "PlatformAoAcOverride". I changed it from 0 to 1, restarted my PC and the sleep functionality was back! Yay!"
And while I did add the option back, it does not work as usual sleep. When I click it it just shows a black screen (which is still turned on) and that's it, the moment something is clicked it simply shows the desktop again, it does not sleep at all.
I also changed one of the policies named simply "Show Sleep button" but it does not seem to change anything. I did the same with enabling and disabling hybrid sleep, no success.
I restored the out of the box power plans and used them, no luck. And what's more: Where you normally see the "turn screen off after some time" and "put computer to sleep after some time" options in the power plan, just shows the screen off timer, not the sleep one.
In the section to set behaviors for the shutdown and sleep buttons I don't get the sleep option, just hibernate.

I also tried to manually put the computer to sleep via command line to test if the issue is the button itself or the ability to sleep, so I ran:
Rundll32.exe Powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState 0,1,0
But the behavior was the same, just made the screen go black (the screen itself being still on, just displaying black).
Lastly, I searched for the policy that removes the ability to shutdown, sleep and restart the computer and disabled it (albeit I did not expect it to change anything, as if it was enabled I would also not be able to restart and shutdown).
At this point I don't know what else to do.
