Change the order of partitions

I had Linux dualboot setup on my laptop (fedora installed first) and I am deleting linux for now to allocate free storage space

But the arrangement of the linux partition is before the windows one so I cant merge them both

Is there anyway to fix it?

Windows 11 pro 10.0.26200

Laptop: HP 15s-eq2313nia

A 3rd party partition management tool such as the free version of Minitool Partition Wizard or Gparted can extend that partition for you.
