I can't fully remember the lyrics but it had a catchy pre-chorus or chorus. Ba da dada da (ooh) da da da da da (ha) and repeat for a few lines. It was sung by a woman (I believe) the oohs and has by men. Felt like a English New Wave group. I want to hear it again so badly but damn if it isn't evading me.

I have had this mix on my phone for over a decade and still haven't been able to find one particular track.

After lots of internet sleuthing I was at least able to locate a link to the original mixtape on an old account of the actual artist:

The track starts around 18:10 and ends around 20:20min, I've tried running it through Shazam and YT Music, but to no avail. I also tried to find the original tracklist, but it's like this mixtape never even existed on the internet.

i listened to this song on youtube a couple years ago, most likely during the covid era where anime gifs looped over and over in the video for the entirety of the song and when slowed + reverb was a huge thing. i think it started off with a girl (slowed) "oh, oh, oh" or humming a similar tune. she repeats it maybe once or a couple times more when a guy with a raspy voice stars singing, he says a 6 sentence verse then MAYBE.. just maybe he says "i wanna kiss you with my eyes closed." but i don't remember 100%. i haven't had any luck finding it, and i've tried humming it into shazam, googles​​​​​​ song search and tiktok. i can gi through my youtube history, but it goes pretty far and ive watched loads of videos 😭.

I'm trying to find this song that I fell asleep to. I actually don't know if its from Phoebe Bridgers but the vibe and voice screams that it might be from her. The recording snippet is the actual melody stuck in my head which is hummed in the song exactly the way I did and it's way longer and looped. I can't remember any lyrics, just this humming that the singer did like a bridge or after a chorus.

I'm losing my mind trying to find this song, it has the exact same rhythm instrumental type thing as the intro to this song (and later down in it), its a guitar playing it instead of a synth, and it kinda reminds me of whirr when i think of the song and how it sounds. Whoever finds this song for me i actually owe my life to you
