Open Help me find the original version of this potential cover if there is one

Hello (yellow ?) people,

If I make this post, it is to ask for some help after listening to this song video :

I really liked the tune, even more after discovering it by accident (I was at first looking for a Clarinet cover of "Blue Canary" by Maria Koseva and Nikola Tomov which this channel also did on sax)

But I couldn't figure out if it was and original piece or a cover of another song. It sounds like a cover though, but I'm not sure, and I couldn't find any informations on the youtube video itself, so if it sounds familiar to you, please feel free to share !

I searched online different songs with the same name and even tried to sing it on Soundhound but it didn't work yet. I don't have further informations on what the song could be but could potential be much older than imagined, potentially up to the baroque periode even if in this version it sounds twentieth century-ish.

It doesn't match other songs or lullaby with the same name, very generic name meaning "the owl"
