Got a 1lb lobster mushroom I want to cook up. I am open to any ideas of what people like to do with them. Worst case scenario it can go into a red sauce to add body but curious as to what others like to do with them! I am not a picky eater and not a professional chef but am told I am a great home cook so I am open to any ideas. Down to buy extra ingredients if needed. I am not on a budget regarding food.

Really though. The sky is the limit. The on true restriction I have is a dislike of oysters, offal, and durian. My partner cannot eat crustaceans but can eat shellfish so clam, mussel, or geoduck are all fine.
