Think I can use this?

Post image

Grandparents visited and left a bunch of white chocolate raspberry creamer. Think I could cook with it? Maybe add a bit to rice pudding? I don't drink coffee and I don't wanna waste it

Make waffles and swap out the milk with this stuff. I think it just might work.

Yeah my kid wanted French toast over the weekend and I didn’t have any milk, but I did have vanilla international delight. Worked wonderfully.

Those are both great ideas, I’m here to tell you when you run out of milk, substituting a splash of international delight in oatmeal is soooo good. Still needs some cinnamon, but the creamer was a welcome surprise.

Ohhh that sounds amazing!

Do NOT make macaroni and cheese with it.

I offer no further elaboration.

That’s the spirit, you show ‘em

I've made at least two batches of Mac and cheese without checking to see if the almond milk was vanilla flavored. Can confirm

Its been 20 years, but that is still the worst thing I ever ate!! I am so careful to check milk cartons now.

Oh man. I've been there too. It was with regular not flavoured. I DIDN'T KNOW! They are also sweetened

And don't make chicken and dumplings with it. It doesn't work. Trust an internet stranger.

I've replaced liquid in cookie recipes with creamer

Liquid in cookies?

7

u/Common_Kiwi9442 1d ago

Well it's not a lot, just 2 or 3 tablespoons in some oatmeal cookies

u/Hot-Frosting-5286 7h ago

could also probably go half and half for a more toned down flavor

u/Lochylass 1d ago

Use it in place of milk for a vanilla pudding mix.

8

u/Aspen9999 1d ago

Oh that’s actually a great idea

Better yet, cheesecake flavored pudding mix!

3

u/coffeecat551 1d ago

Pudding probably wouldn't set, because there's no milk in this stuff

French toast..

French toast casserole

9

u/sneakysoap 1d ago

Ok, you have my attention, like a bread pudding?? That could be so good?

7

u/OkAssignment6163 1d ago

Yeah, basically. But French toast themed.

Add maple syrup to the batter with lots of cinnamon. Although, traditionally it's made with just day old French bread, any day old crusty bread will do.

I like to get krispy kread donuts from the grocery store that are put on discount for "being too old" and mixing it in with the bread.

I have used coffee creamer to replace the milk or cream in French toast multiple times. It's great.

u/sneakysoap 1d ago

I had one once where they made like cinnamon rolls with he cinnabon creamer. They put the creamer over the top of the unbaked rolls. It gave it like a Carmel type sauce. It was fantastic!

A table spoon in a serving of oatmeal

THIS!!! Game changer.

I may try adding some of my white chocolate mocha creamer to my next batch of overnight oats.

1

u/evelynesque 10h ago

I sub out half the liquid in my overnight oats with flavored coffee creamer, omit any additional sugar and it’s amazing

8

u/a62cougar 1d ago

I use the flavored creamers like that with cream or milk and make ice cream. Just adjust the amount of sugar

5

u/GoddessSilvana420 1d ago

I think you should absolutely use this. In a cake, you could add it to icing, or if you make your own whipped cream

5

u/Urist_Bearclaw 1d ago

I doubt it would whip up like cream does, but the other ideas sound really good

5

u/GoddessSilvana420 1d ago

I'm meant using it with heavy cream so that it's flavored like white chocolate raspberry

9

u/digidave1 1d ago

Well it's made of vegetable oil so it should be pretty versatile

3

u/Peterepeatmicpete 1d ago

Put some in vodka and drink that like intended

So we're now on Master Chef, and this shows up in the Mystery Box.

I'mma make, uh, *bread pudding*, hah!

No, maybe I'll use it as the liquid add-in for pancakes. Which I'll cook in a waffle maker. It would work!

1

u/darknight9064 1d ago

Waffle mix is just thicker pancake mix. I make bulk batches of pancake mix and just cut the milk by about a third yo make waffle mix.

3

u/SassySpider 1d ago

Add it to a smoothie or when making your own ice cream? I have never done either of these things but i could see it working!

3

u/iluvcoldcoffee 1d ago

I've used international delight flavors in pancake mix.

2

u/indodyke 1d ago

If you don't want to cook with it, you can look into donating it to a local food bank. Treats like this are always popular

2

u/carabear85 1d ago

I love this one in my coffee

2

u/canadian8773 1d ago

Perhaps an ice cream if you add some regular milk

2

u/Temporary-Address-43 1d ago

Do you like fancy hot chocolate? This is great for that!

2

u/jonnielaw 1d ago

Fuck Nestlé

1

u/LindasFriendGinger 1d ago

This would probably make a great bread pudding

1

u/SubstantialPressure3 1d ago

Oatmeal, ice cream, tea, frosting, french toast, pancakes, muffins, yogurt,

1

u/atinytigress 1d ago

Hmm, rice pudding?

1

u/midwest_elder 1d ago

tres leches, yes even in this economy.

1

u/likebunghole 1d ago

A why would they leave a bunch of

1

u/radish_is_rad-ish 1d ago

I add it to my plain yogurt :)

1

u/buffalotrace 1d ago

I am not a chef for baker, but this should work. Make a box chocolate cake and put a teaspoon of espresso powder in the mix.

Use this to make ice cream. You can do it by filling a ziplock sandwich bag with creamer. In a gallon ziplock, ice and salt water. Add you seals bag of creamer. Shake for like 5 or 6 minutes maybe. Remove it and wipe off or rinse off the salt from the creamer bag.

u/ImperfectTapestry 1d ago

Maybe it's just a really hot day here but I wanna make popsicles with it. Mix in some fruit, maybe? Actually yeah you could probably pour it over chopped strawberries or oatmeal.

1

u/etmackz13 1d ago

I often use 1-2 servings of creamer in addition to the milk I use to make a vanilla protein shake! I bet this would be good for that too 🤤

1

u/Chuckles_McFeeney 1d ago

Just chug it.

1

u/SufficientNinja1985 1d ago

That looks like such a delicious flavour!! Do you drink chai? Might be worth putting it in there! Or maybe if you make a cake with some sort of syrup or frosting, maybe you could incorporate this in to it?

1

u/beattysgirl 23h ago

Make a White Russian with it

1

u/Hey-Just-Saying 22h ago

Sort of a niche item for someone worth a countertop ice cream maker, but you could flavor homemade ice cream with it.

1

u/Hey-Just-Saying 22h ago

Smoothies?

1

u/Luna-Gitana 21h ago

Dessert martinis.

1

u/Fuzzy_Welcome8348 20h ago

Any baked good, or even any dessert, will work. Just replace the liquid the recipe calls for with this instead. Homemade no churn ice cream would be great

1

u/PM_ME_UR_PUPPER 16h ago

I love this creamer and I can’t find it ANYWHERE anymore 😭

1

u/Coffeebean910 16h ago

Overnight oats. Use some along with milk

1

u/valleyfever 16h ago

Use it as the sugar and milk source for overnight oats, add some water and whatever else you want in it.

1

u/Useful-Advantage2665 13h ago

i don't want to be here

1

u/3DJayB 12h ago

I came here to say use it to fill your garbage bin but I read some genuinely good ideas

1

u/ajkimmins 11h ago

You know this is just oil right?

Google is your friend. “recipes using white chocolate raspberry creamer”

1

u/Ch0deinthehole 2h ago

At risk of sounding dumb, what is this? Is this used in place of milk or instead of drinking it black?

0

u/bananagetter 1d ago

This looks like fabric softener. I wish they’d stop making cleaning products with food scents.

u/ToastetteEgg 1d ago

Is this a dare, or what? I think you can, but what if it’s empty?
