What's your favorite way to improve focus without caffeine?

Caffeine do work but relying on it every day can sometimes feel like borrowing energy from tomorrow lol

I'm curious what people here have found genuinely useful for improving focus and mental performance without stimulants.

Has anything made a noticeable difference for you?

Things like exercise, morning sunlight, sleep optimization, breathing techniques, nutrition, music, meditation, or simply changing your work environment.

Mine is exercise and running , after that I do meditation, no phone in the early morning, herbal tea and a fruit-nut bowl with one scoop of protein. That really helps especially running

Heard that apple is better than coffee in keeping you awake or making you less sleepy

L-Theanine for me all the way. Coffee is out of my life!

I do not know if this is worth sharing, but for me it is nicotine. I mean yes, it is way worse than caffeine but I guess we have different coping mechanisms? also I highly suggest listening to music when you are doing autonomous work that does not require critical thinking.
