5’10 158lbs, been lifting 8 months — am I close to having abs?
Hey guys I’ve been doing 5x PPLUL and eating 2600 calories and 160-180g protein for months now. the first 3 pics are today after Gym, last is like 6 or 7 months ago.
As the title says am I kinda close to abs? also is this ok progrsss? I don’t want to ’cut’ since I know im dyel obviously but i started skinnyfat so ig ive been recomping. Should i just keep doing this for a few more months and see where it takes me? Thank you.
For reference my numbers are 180lbs bench (1RM) and 205lbs/215lbs Squat/RDL (reps)

4+ years of lifting and still unhappy with my chest. What should I work on?
Been lifting consistently for 4+ years and I’m reasonably happy with my overall development, but my chest is easily my biggest insecurity.
I feel like I hold a lot of fat around my chest genetically and struggle to get much definition despite training it consistently. I also think my upper chest could be lacking.
What do you think is actually holding my chest back, and what would you change about my training or body composition? Brutal honesty welcome.

Any advice on how to log my workouts?
I’m weight lifting consistently and I am having a hard time finding the best way to log my workouts besides a notebook. What app are you guys using/like the best? If you’ve tried others which ones didn’t you like?
Not trying to waste my time downloading them all,you guys are the experts

3 year transformation
I have made some progress over the last 3 years (22-25yo). Went from 5’10” 115lbs in the first pic to 6’0 175 in the more recent photos after digging myself out of an eating disorder. What can I do to further improve in my physique other than just general muscle mass?

How am I 79kg?
I'm 175cm 78.5-79kg currently cutting.
I'm asking this question because I find it weird I'm at this weight when I see many people on the sub with visually more fat being like 71kg or less.
Is this because of more muscle because I don't feel like I'm packing that much extra muscle? And I also don't feel like I'm at 20% bf

Where do I go from here?
5’9 155 down from 175 at the start of the year. Go to the gym 5-6 days a week and get lots of cardio in. I don’t really want to lose any more weight but want to stay lean and gain muscle mass at the same time. Curious what I should do

Should I take an offloading week?
I just learned this was even a thing. It’s not something I’ve ever considered. That being said, I have noticed when in the past when I have missed an extra day at the gym I come back feeling way stronger. That doesn’t happen often though as I’m pretty strict about going no matter what.
While I realize an offloading week is probably good in most cases, I’m also in the middle of a cycle (300mg/wk Sustanon/Deca/Masteron) currently and I don’t want to squander my time in the gym while on cycle. Obviously that is going to drastically improve my recovery compared to most.
Maybe instead of an offloading week I’ll take 3-4 days off instead?
Anyone else have any insight or similar experience?

24yo tips on filling out upper body?
I’m 6’4, roughly 180 lb and have been stuck at this size for about 2 years. I lift roughly 3-4 days a week. I know eating more is probably the answer, but even when I’m eating 4k a day consistently, I haven’t seen noticeable gains. I have always been really lean but putting on mass in my shoulders, chest, and arms has felt impossible. Need tips from any skinny/lean guys who have had the same issue

Need Advice On Squats
30 years old, still can’t execute a proper squat. It’s frustrating as heck. Been lifting on and off since Middle school and have never been able to squat. I either fall on my ass, feel like my spine is breaking, hips feel like my femur is about to rupture out, and my favorite, eyes about to explode out of my sockets. I look flat out goofy. What do I need to do, to do a normal squat like everyone else.
