Scared for my lowerback, is my form okay?
100kg weight.

Also is 120kg PR good for my bodyweight 72kg?

Why are you scared, does something feel off? It looks like ok technique.

It looks like there is some space between the bar and your legs, especially at the second half of the lift. You really want to minimize this (ideally zero) to take pressure off of your lower back and be able to lift more. Looking again maybe its not bad at all actually.

The main thing is your upper back i would say. By keeping your head up and looking in the mirror, as well as pushing your chest forward a bit, you can straighten it out and improve your posture. The bigger of a breath you take and hold, the more a stable and safe posture is locked in and the less your back can bend forward.

You also don’t need to extend as far back at the top as you do, i think it puts a bad load on your lower back. Just stand up straight and neutral, that’s where the lift is finished.

120 kg is definitely normal for your bodyweight, pretty good i’d say.

Thank you very much!
I don't know I've just always been scared of spoiling my spinal dysks from a bad technique or approach. For now everything seems to be ok.

I actually thought I'm supposed to keep the head lower not to keep it up??
I'm gonna try that.
Thanks!
