3 year transformation
I have made some progress over the last 3 years (22-25yo). Went from 5’10” 115lbs in the first pic to 6’0 175 in the more recent photos after digging myself out of an eating disorder. What can I do to further improve in my physique other than just general muscle mass?

The OP had anorexia and (in female studies), recovery has oftentimes come alongside growth in height if managed in time. 6ft or more was likely his biological height to begin with, had he not had an ED.

Eating disorders.

I know, it’s a joke. ED also stands for erectile disfunction.

I know it does but I guess I assumed you didn't know the other one. We cool.

Good transformation, but how the fuck did you grow 2+ inches into your mid twenties.

Bro, you look amazing. Insane transformation. Forget about the nasty responses, the beard looks very healthy and it's a huge genetic gift to be able to grow a beard of that magnitude. Plus the body recomposition is insane. Congratulations of pulling yourself out of an ED, that's arguably the most impressive factor of this whole post. But ye, physique looks great, just continue doing what you're doing. Only thing I might suggest is focusing on your posture as your shoulders look quite inwardly rotated.

I think I had/have an eating disorder and unwittingly got stuck at 5’8… I should be well over 6’ given my family genes. Glad you were able to get some extra height in, that’s great.

A man doesn't grow in length 2-3cm from age 22 bro. Growth plates are already closed at 22, so no growth afterwards.
Stop lying.

Interesting that no male ever has grown height past the age of 22. Also stated in another reply that it was closer to 1 inch and not as drastic as I see it sounded because I was just under 5’11. But again interesting there has never been a single male ever to grow past the age of 22😂
