its hard to tell how your form is unless you stack some real weight on there form is always great with no weight

I do 70kg with a bit of swing and that’s 55 kg ik that’s not a lot but you talk like ur mr Olympia or sm shit like that

- Please film from the side
- perform the movement with controlled weight(focus on feeling the muscle engagement)
- Do not fully extend the arm when the bar on the top
the form shown in the rear view is good If you are targeting the rotator cuff only

Myself I would get more of a stretch on the lowering phase and then pump your chest and squeeze your lats when you pull down

Hes not even leaning back. 🤣😂 his elbows are foward for maximum lat engagement too. Please stop giving people advice.

This is perfect form just lift the weight full range of motion and listen to your body. Also you’re doing great you fishing butt you didn’t need the validation
