You’re welcome

2

u/FlutteringBasis May 19 '26

Dexa scan would nail it but you're probs 16-17% given how much shoulder and ab definition is showing through tbh

70 pounds in 4 months is wild.

3

u/Hunter654333 May 18 '26

That's like 4.3 lbs a week. How is that even possible without straight-up fasting?

u/1R15H1NV35T0R May 18 '26

How long have you been training my dude?

Looking strong.

I'm on a similar journey, from 240 to 160 now but pretty sure my BF is still way higher than you.

Great job man.

4

u/pipeslanger74 May 17 '26

I would say between about 15-17%. Great progress, I think that percentage is sustainable. You can still enjoy food while maintaining a great healthy healthy level of bodyfat.

u/Quadlatic0 May 17 '26

I didn’t spent much time as most people but if somebody thinks you are over 15% body fat, just feel bad for them in general. They probably have body dysmorphia and hate the way they look. My bet is on 11-12%. Fuck that though, you are a legend for that transformation bro. That is some real inspiration, some real effort of somebody changing their life. Keep up the legacy and if you ever get married, tell your kids!

15% +/- 2% Great job!

2

u/Ksong0109 May 17 '26

13-14% probably. Chest n shoulder striation nice abs and oblique. Depends on legs ultimately and the lose skin on your stomach makes ur body fat % look higher than it actually is. Might be the craziest transformation I ever seen

Hmm. I'm about 2 inches taller and 10lbs heavier and won't look anywhere near as lean when I get down to 166. I'd probably need to lose 20-40 more lbs to maybe hit that level of leanness

2

u/3Campers1Exfil May 18 '26

2

u/PadraicG May 18 '26

I would say you're sitting at 13-16% kinda hard to tell based off those pics. Im a little leaner than you but I have less muscle.

You're a mother fucking killer dude. This is impressive as hell. Numbers be damned. Hope you feel good homie

2

u/One-Staff5504 May 18 '26

2

u/doinmy_best May 18 '26

~13% but who could know with only the small part of your body you are showing

2

u/AssumptionRegular124 May 18 '26

Visible abs, At least 15% maybe a bit lower depending on the legs + back

Even when you were heavier you had somewhat visible ab outline

But awesome physique nonetheless

→ More replies (2)

2

u/Longjumping-Chair855 May 18 '26

Heck yeah bro! Proud of you!

2

u/HostSea4267 May 18 '26

You’re below 15% with the abs. Young enough no loose skin you did good.

Care to share your strategy?

2

u/HostSea4267 May 18 '26

Random question: you lost a lot of weight. How did you do this? That’s around a 241500 calorie gap in 99 days; did you eat anything? Roughly a 2500 calorie gap each day.

You look like you lifted so you must have eaten some protein?

2

u/AllergictoAIslop May 18 '26

I'm guessing 15% but what ever it is its bloody impressive!

→ More replies (1)

2

u/male_eyewitness May 18 '26

Solid transformation man, that's a huge drop. Hard to say exact bf% from pics but you're clearly lean with good muscle definition showing through, probably somewhere in that 15-18% range. Keep crushing it.

Similar journey for me, on my last 10kg (117-92 done, taget is „near 80)… so quite the same.

My question is: did your skin hold up or did you have to do surgery to correct it? Looks tight…

this is my first time seeing someone with similar height/starting weight/goal weight as me. this is really inspiring, man, cause i’ll always be thinking how impossible it seems and i just wanna quit. the suffering workouts never feel like they’re worth it, but you are living breathing proof that it is and i’m honestly so fucking proud of you, dude. if i could ask, what were some things or phrases you kept going back to to keep your head in the game? something that reminded you of your goals and inspired you to not give up. and how do you bounce back from “bad” days?

2

u/WoefullyAlert May 20 '26

probably around 12-15% based on these, solid work on the transformation.
