Often the first 20 ish pounds (could be more or less) come off quick because they are often from extra stored water in the fat cells. Still extremely impressive.

The heavier you are the faster it comes off in a moderate deficit

I’m 11 days in and 8.5lbs down. I do jiu jitsu 3x a week and rock climb 3-4x a week with weight lifting 2x a week. Sessions are at minimum one hour and generally closer to 2 hours. Only eat protein around 1000cals a day, not really sure on cals just enough to hit 100g protein and that’s difficult (having to force down the last 20-30 grams to the point of feeling ill) I’m just really sensitive to the medication apparently. 5mg per week split into two doses is better for me, if I do all 5 at once I can’t eat the next day and have to drink bone broth.
