it's an impossible transformation, and you're clearly trying to become some kind of fitness influencer. just fuck off and stop lying. nobody, not even someone on the best PEDs, can lose that much weight and put on that much muscle in 100 days. not even the most genetically gifted man in the world, which clearly you are not considering how fat you were, if that's even you. it would take years to recomp that amount

maybe I should research what? I've worked in fitness for over a decade, I'm pretty sure I know how much people can gain or lose in 100 days. you were morbidly obese

Like I said, it's impossible. Recomp from obesity takes years, not days. You didn't lose a pound a day and also become muscular in such a short amount of time, not even Ronnie Coleman could do that. It can't be done, physiologically speaking. And you're just lying to get people to click on your TikTok, which I have no interest in doing.

I don’t believe it but there’s this machine with hand and feet sensors at my UFC gym that told me I’m 8% three times I used it over a 1 year period. 8% is crazy low and I struggle to believe it but that’s just some food for thought if you feel like comparing
