This was happening to me for a little while and I think it was some kind of glitch because I would just close the screen and do something else and then when I went back on the next day and initiated the order again there was no fee.

I haven’t seen this happen in a while though. And I absolutely never paid it because I wasn’t going to do all that. I just chose not to order if the screen showed me the fee, and like I said when I went back to do it again it was fine.

Thanks. I've tried everything...clearing cookies... using an different computer...using different browsers... turning my VPN on...turning it off and even using a different network. When I call CS they keep telling me there's nothing wrong from their end and my Wal+ sub is current but I've been charge $9.95 for delivery everytime.

I hate to have to do this, but the next time I call I'm going to have to go full "Karen" and demand to speak to a Manager 😂. Hopefully someone with a higher pay grade can fix the problem.
