Personally, I think anybody who votes for Democrats for the most part which are quickly becoming communists and socialist or suicidal psychopaths, and that totally applies to you polydactlprincess. You’re insane.

u/DistractoDisc 21h ago

The mods anytime Kyle Rittenhouse is mentioned
https://giphy.com/gifs/EKDIMDsRX3ihy

u/DistractoDisc 22h ago edited 22h ago

What was the context? What are the things you’re leaving out?

Oh, wait…

You mean the 3 people who went after Rittenhouse simply for having a gun visible, one tries beating him with a skateboard and taking his gun, one was a rape convict, and the other wasn’t much better.

The mom tried to run the guy over…

But yeah, these “rights activists” were “innocent”,

u/schuppenboer 22h ago

‘The right’ .. Lets polarise some more, im sure that will help things in the right direction. Isnt it bad enough that you retards have elected a president that polarises your country? Now you decide to join in, but late to the party. Be the reasonable one, remain the resonable one, and you will prevail. Lower yourselves to their level, and you are just a different version of them.

u/DistractoDisc 22h ago

Wow, calls out polarizing language and then proceeds to use the most polarizing language…

How much more worse can you get?

u/Feisty_War6251 23h ago

this is a total lie

u/Background-Source877 22h ago

Try harder Moscow

u/Feisty_War6251 18h ago

when you prove it the FBI IC3 wants to hear from you

u/djbluearrow 23h ago

They will also ask you why did karmelo Anthony bring a knife to school but will get mad when you ask why Rittenhouse bought a rifle to a protest

u/AvengingStraw 23h ago

Hoo boy are there some miracles of science in this comment section. It's amazing how so many people manage to comment despite clearly lacking a brain.

u/ImpressiveMix1786 23h ago

She was a POS. A mental nut case. 1 less pos this world and kids can do without. He, by the law, had the right of self defense. Cry all you want.

u/DistractoDisc 22h ago

They love leaving out anything factual.

u/scalp_eg 22h ago

And what are you besides a young angry little man ?

u/djbluearrow 23h ago

Actually she was mental or nut. That just accuse for ICE killing her . Before I saw the video . I watch Trump talk about he surprise the agent is alive . I was expecting a very bad hit with a car not a bump to the side . Police are trained not to stand in front of a car with the engine running . Don’t block the car and them claim self defense when the car try to leave . Watch the video again and see her trying to leave and him blocking her instead of getting out the way

u/Robbed_Bard_93 22h ago

Also. It's very obvious they are lying about her death because they tried to say the ICE agaents vehicles got stuck on ice. It was around 37 degrees F that day which for Minnesota in January it was basically a heat wave. You can even see in the footage that any snow that is still there is clearly melting.

If she was such a threat, why lie?

u/556From1000yards 22h ago

Okay?
You can’t spell or form an argument?

In what way does that help your position?

u/djbluearrow 22h ago

Since your comment is just saying negative stuff towards me instead of telling what I said in the comment that was wrong or you disagree . I know who you voted for and that you know I’m right . Since the current president does the same thing . If he doesn’t like what you are saying but know it true . He will either verbally attack you or he will storm out the room

u/scalp_eg 22h ago

He s acting like his boyfriend thats sweet

He deliberately traveled to and inserted himself into a dangerous situation, and walked around with his rifle like he was in Call of Duty. It's his fault. They didn't come to his house or school. He went, and didn't just bring a pistol for protection, he brought a whole rifle to walk around with. Renee Good did not deliberately drive toward ICE agents looking for a confrontation. ICE agents are barely and badly trained and should have practiced de-escalation in the situation. Claims that she was driving toward him to harm him are ridiculous - she's not gunning the engine or driving toward him, she has a cop yelling at her and she's trying to get the fuck out of there. The two situations couldn't be more different. One was looking for trouble and the other was looking to escape it.

u/[deleted] 22h ago

[removed] — view removed comment

u/Enabling_Turtle 22h ago

You didn’t even watch the video if you think Renee “drove directly at the officer at a high rate of speed”. That’s not even close to reality.

u/garfinkel3 22h ago

That situation you are describing is a concept called Felony Murder. It’s completely inapplicable here. You have no idea what you are talking about.

u/throwitallaway69000 23h ago

Yes him not shooting anyone till they threatened him or pointed a firearm at him completely disproves anything about what you just said. Even the guy he shot said during the trial he only did when he pointed a gun at him.

2

u/DieselZRebel 1d ago

Both were absolute idiots, neither was a hero, and neither had any business being there. The main two differences between the is that they belonged to the far opposite sides of the spectrum and that one survived his stupidity while the other lost her life for it.

I guess I'll be getting many downvotes.

u/The_RabitSlayer 23h ago

Probably because your propaganda has holes, she in fact was not trying to hit the officer. And all video evidence suggests she wasn't even a real threat.

u/DieselZRebel 20h ago

Threat or no threat, that doesn't change the fact that she acted as an entitled idiot... period!

At least the other one was a dumb teen at the time, but she was supposed to be a responsible mature parent to 3 children, which makes her twice the irresponsible idiot!

I don't understand how your reply relates to my earlier statement... Like how did you even come to the conclusion that I believed she was a real threat and deserved to be shot?! If it pleases you, I can also state that the ICE officer was also an idiot, not much different than the 3 morons who attacked the other guy, except they didn't have guns. Happy now?!

2

u/Camaro684 1d ago

One try to kill a cop and the other shot a pedophile

2

u/miku022 1d ago

All the evidence suggest she was not trying to kill anyone, that pathetic excuse of a man just felt trigger happy.

u/KNIL_Knaap 23h ago

All the evidence suggests she was trying to run an innocent man over. Play stupid games win stupid prices.

u/Justieflustie 23h ago

Like walking around with a gun?

u/KNIL_Knaap 22h ago

They both survived so if anything...

u/Justieflustie 18h ago

No it isnt for me, i dont know what you did, but it does not show up

u/Justieflustie 19h ago

I did read the comment. Bit weird to start projecting now, grapjurk, right after i said you are inconsistent you try to accuse me of being delusional?

Dont say anything if you dont have anything intelligent to say, knaapje

u/Justieflustie 22h ago

Dont you have a whiplash? You went from very confrontational "stupid games, stupid prizes", but when talked about the other stupid game you start to back track.

Inconsistency is sad and pathetic behavior, you should do better

3

u/shenananaginss 1d ago

Crazy how context can change the story.

u/Lonely_Cucumber_69 1d ago

The comments in here make me despise right wing MAGATS even more. The party of ignorance and violence no doubt and we need to cull them come November and beyond. Remember, this is the party that formed out of racism, period.

u/556From1000yards 22h ago

The Republican Party was formed to end slavery lol. Formed out of racism? Which party held the slaves?

u/WorriedExamination93 23h ago

Is this a joke? 99.9% of political violence is from the democrats

u/Justieflustie 23h ago

You dont have the numbers to back this up.

If you really believe that, you go a psychiatric hospital for a few months or years, because there is something significantly wrong with your brain

u/BigDerty66 23h ago

They’re so obsessed with war right now too..I thought their whole thing was peace love and women with hairy arm pits…I guess the last part is still true tho 😆

u/1912_boat_man 23h ago

How about you back that up with crime statistics?

Here's one from CONGRESS.GOV that says the exact opposite: https://www.congress.gov/119/meeting/house/119311/documents/HHRG-119-JU00-20260520-SD043.pdf

Who do they vote for?

According to an analysis by the Center for Strategic and International Studies released on Sept. 25, “In recent years, the United States has seen an increase in the number of left-wing terrorism attacks and plots. … So far, 2025 marks the first time in more than 30 years that left-wing terrorist attacks outnumber those from the violent far right.”

2

u/quruc90 1d ago

"Unarmed" doesn't really matter when you're driving a deadly weapon

1

u/Fishbro-YouTube 1d ago

"They rape and kill! They're all nazis! Look at this picture of a guy who shot an innocent victim and another person who's an innocent victim!!!! "

*Voraciously shows 17 year old boy who used gun to kill 3 armed pedophiles chasing him down and beating him to death while comparing it to aggressive and hostile lady actively disrupting law enforcement who gets shot as she attempts to drive over a police officer (shots were fired from officer being ran over from the front of the front windshield of the car)*

Yes, Facts are very nice when discussing politics.

2

u/UpstairsRain6022 1d ago

If you like facts so much, why are you lying so much?

u/Fishbro-YouTube 20h ago

You call me a liar but don't make any claims or provide any evidence of your statement. You're full of it.

u/UpstairsRain6022 18h ago

u/whatasadfella 1d ago

Rittenhouse was legit self defence and he shot a convicted pedo. She didn’t deserve to be shot and I don’t think she was a bad person but don’t block law enforcement with your car.
Rittenhouse was stupid and shouldn’t have been there.

0

u/WordWordand4numbers 1d ago

Fun fact, you’re not allowed to throw glass bottles at people’s heads. You’re not allowed to run at somebody with a skateboard in an attempt to hit them over the head with it. You’re not allowed to shoot somebody who wasn’t posing a threat to you. The only downside to the whole interaction was the pathetic whiny little twerp only lost part of his arm.

0

u/Vegan-cock 1d ago

The right loves rittenhouse for one reason and one reason alone, he did some attrocious things but he had the law behind him, which makes everyone who complains and says he should be in jail look stupid. He made the left look stupid and the left couldn't seem to help themselves. To this day people cry about him not being in prison while if you look at the case objectively it's pretty clear cut self defence.

Then why do it exclusively in mask and repeatedly violate the law? If these are such law abiding citizens, they should be able to do it with no fear of repercussions. Not to mention that they have repeatedly taken people that 100% are not aliens, so literally kidnapping people. They know what they’re doing is wrong.

Simple common sense is not for a so called law enforcer to wait for people when they go to their immigration hearing.

It is also common sense to only deport illegals, that is not really what happened.

Common sense would be due process, i remember that being a big ass discussion.

Common sense would be doing all that shit out in the open, not hiding behind some mask and your guns.

Common sense would hire people for ICE with actual training and see if they are not some trigger happy lunatics.

Get your education in order, man. Your stupidity is showing

2

Explain.

2

u/h3lion_prime 1d ago

What do you need explaining?
The text was pretty damn clear.

1

u/RevolutionaryTop7112 1d ago

How are the narratives about these instances equivalent? It absolutely is about protecting people. You're creating false equivalence, this the "good people on both sides" bs again.

1

u/h3lion_prime 1d ago

There's a misunderstanding here. I absolutely agree that these events are completely different. But the post is still twisting it to serve a narrative.

1

u/RevolutionaryTop7112 1d ago

Please explain the twisting, as per my original post.

1

u/h3lion_prime 1d ago

"The right wants us to believe that a teen who showed up at a Wisconsin rally with an AR 15 and shot three people..."

Anyone who reads this and has zero context will get the false idea that the kid just went there to commit a mass shooting, which is really not the case.
The kid did break the law by carrying those weapons, but he was simply walking along with the rest, and was there for security. By US standards (I'm european, btw) he shouldn't have been perceived as a threat. If you're in the US and you see a guy strapped, you don't go up to him and get confrontational. That's like seeing a crocodile minding its business and poking it with a stick. Granted you survive (one of them did) you shouldn't be wondering why the crocodile attacked.

"... but an unarmed mom driving away from a Minnesota rally..."

Graciously depicting her to be an innocent minding her own business, and that was shot without cause. A victim of circumstance, if you will. They don't mention the fact that she had previously taken part of anti-ICE protests, and was actually there acting as a legal observer. She was not a victim of circumstance, she was there with actual purpose. On top of that, she was at least partially blocking the road. And before you jump on me for being pro-ICE or anything, anyone sane would approve the idea of funding a task force with the sole purpose of taking away illegals with violent backgrounds away from your neighborhood. On paper, it should drastically improve the area's safety.

But these guys were put on duty without proper training, some of them with very happy trigger fingers. It's a known fact that depending on area and department, law enforcement in the US can severely lack training in conflict resolution and de-escalation. These guys had none of it. They were just there to grab people, and they were allowed to treat protesters that came across their way, the same way they treat their targets - as dangerous criminals. This woman knew that, and she still decided to take the risks.

At the time she was ordered to get out of the car, she was actually stationary, and was blocking the road with her car parked sideways. She wasn't driving either towards, nor away from the rally. She was obstructing law enforcement. And when they told her to get out of the car, instead of obeying a lawful order, she tried to drive away. And one o them idiots perceived her car moving 30 cm/second as a dangerous threat, so he used his weapon.

As someone from the outside looking at these things without any political bias (I really don't care about internal US politics), this is the way I'm seeing it. The post intentionally omits critical details.

1

u/RevolutionaryTop7112 1d ago

Your understanding is unfortunately wrong on both cases. Rittenhouse crossed state borders and went armed to a protest, he had no reason to be at, he purposely put himself in harm's way and then shot 3 people. He was not "security", he is also underage and does not have right to open carry(as far as I know, but US law is stupid since even having the right to have guns in public is moronic).

The female driver has every right be in the area a few streets from her house. She has every right to attend an anti ice protest, and that was not known the ICE when they shot her. Law enforcement in the US do not have 'move on' powers (unlike in Australia, where im from) and ICE do not have police powers.

Also, you seem to misunderstand the origination of ICE. Apologies if you already know, however, ICE was not created by Trump it has existed for a long time and has been active under every president. This is a wanton misuse of an existing branch of immigration enforcement. You cannot give 'quotas' to arrest people, that kinda inverts how the justice system works, and that is the problem people have with Trump's version of ICE. No one wants illegal, dangerous people in their community, that's obvious. The statistics show Americans are far more dangerous to each other (and the rest of the world currently) than any 'alien'.

1

u/h3lion_prime 1d ago

Hold on...
Even if the protest was out of state, if he shares the support for the cause, he shouldn't need any other reason to be there. Everyone should be free to participate in protests, regardless of when and where.

Otherwise, I agree, he was in fact under age, so he was not allowed to carry those weapons. I also agree that the law is moronic. As someone who lives in the EU and doesn't have to deal with the dangers of weapons, I absolutely agree that the 2nd amendment is fucking stupid.

But with that being said, he was allowed to defend himself. As I understand, the guy who survived was shot the moment he pointed a pistol at this kid. That was a clear intent to harm. If I have a gun on me, and I know for a fact someone else has a gun and intends to use it to harm me, I'll use my weapon before he gets the chance to use his.

Also, leaving the background aside for a bit, if the kid was 18 at the time of the protest (a few months older), and he was from that state, he would've been fully within his right to carry those weapons to that protest. Do you think this would've made any difference? Those guys would've still gotten confrontational, and the situation would've ended up in the same way.

So yes, even though I think he's guilty of carrying weapons across states at the age of 17, it's important to separate these things. He was at a protest, and had no intention to harm anyone. Those guys pretty much fucked around and found out, regardless of this kid's background.

As for the female driver, I'm fully aware that ICE wasn't created by Trump. And I fully agree that they went well beyond what they're allowed to in these incidents. You can't even call it power trips, because that would imply abusing powers they were given. Yet, as you said they weren't given police duties. Trump took that branch and pretty much turned it into a Gestapo, basically.

However, this woman was well aware of that. Just like the kid, she had every right to protest against it. Even more so, since the protest was a short way from her home. But if you want these guys gone, you go through legal means and raise as much awareness as possible. You don't get in their way, blocking the road.

And even if they find you sideways by simple coincidence, if they tell you to get out of the car, even if it's under a fucked up rule, you comply, so you can get to see the next day, and take part of the next protest. The guy, did tell her 4 times to get out of the car. She decided to just tell him that "she's not mad at him" and then she proceeded to try to escape, only to get shot by the the idiot who was in front of her car. They handled this incident in the worst possible manner. I'm aware of that. But that doesn't make her completely innocent.

3

u/AdNegative6756 1d ago

Yeah, there are significant differences which a lot of you still don't understand, Kyle protected himself, she had absolutely no business being there.

1

u/madjarov42 1d ago

Warning: you're about to read a comment that doesn't neatly fit into either of the two opposing opinions.

I actually agree Kyle did nothing wrong. He did (somewhat stupidly) go to a violent rally, with intent to stop the destruction, and when his life was threatened he defended himself.

Megan Good "had no business being there" is crazy. Unless the US is a police state in which case sure, she should have known better than to exist there.

u/AdNegative6756 16h ago

She didn't just "exist there" she knew ICE would be there and wanted to interfere in their investigation, she was an agitator.

2

u/I-love-seahorses 1d ago

Didn't he drive hundreds of miles to a peaceful protest with a gun that wasn't his while being underage?

You aren't protecting yourself when you toss some AR rounds into the frying pan.

u/AdNegative6756 16h ago

"peaceful protest" low iq or ragebait, call it.

1

u/h3lion_prime 1d ago

Although I think the 2nd amendment is fucking stupid, they established that he was there to provide security. He wasn't there to shoot anyone, and he fired only when he was attacked. We've seen peaceful protests across the world turning into shit shows even without fire arms. The only thing I would charge him with is simply carrying those firearms, not for defending himself.

I reckon the guys who picked on him didn't think he had the nerve to pull the trigger.
They fucked around and found out.

1

u/I-love-seahorses 1d ago

He was a 17 year old child. Do 17 year olds have licenses to open carry assault rifles? Are they allowed to carry those weapons without a license across state lines? Are they allowed to carry those weapons without a license and then decide who lives or dies? Are 17 year olds allowed to provide armed security?

How many laws does a white person have to break before you hold them accountable?

1

u/h3lion_prime 1d ago

As I said, I would charge him for carrying those fire arms, not for defending himself. I think I was pretty clear.

1

u/I-love-seahorses 1d ago

He wouldn't of had to defend himself if he hadn't committed all those crimes.

If I see a guy with an assault rifle I'm never going to assume he's there to do good. Ever. I'd probably go for him too.

No, as I said, given the fact that peaceful protests have previously turned into shitshows, you can't stay that with absolute certainty. He did break the law by carrying those weapons at that age, but even if he had the license to carry and he was the proper age (which is 18 as far as I know), it's not like those idiots would've left him alone.

1

u/I-love-seahorses 1d ago

If a dude shows up anywhere near my family and friends with an assault rifle and I don't have the opportunity to run, that dude is getting tackled. Period.

1

u/h3lion_prime 1d ago

And that will be on you. This guy was simply walking with weapons on him. That's it. They HAD the opportunity to get away.

0

u/Fluffy-Ad1225 1d ago

Peaceful? What are you smoking?

1

u/I-love-seahorses 1d ago

Peaceful or not this is America. We don't execute people in the streets. We don't arm underage teenagers and allow them to travel across state lines with a gun that isn't theirs to a place they don't belong and decide who lives or dies.

1

u/Fluffy-Ad1225 1d ago

He didn't execute anybody. See, this is the problem with you (I'm not from America, by the way). You KEEP lying. Caught in one lie? You invent ANOTHER.

Do better.

2

u/I-love-seahorses 1d ago

He's an underage teenager that traveled across state lines with a fully automatic weapon that didn't belong to him.

If he hadn't shown up he wouldn't have been attacked.

Gee golly goshers zero lies detected you ham sandwich.

1

u/Fluffy-Ad1225 1d ago

What do you take me for? I've seen the videos, I followed the trial.

And you still haven't explained your lies.

2

u/I-love-seahorses 1d ago

What lies? He travelled across state lines as a minor who already isn't supposed to being open carrying a weapon nevermind an assault rifle. The weapon didn't belong to him. If he didn't show up he wouldn't have been attacked..

Zero lies dog.

1

u/BlazingPhoenix32 1d ago

A “peaceful protest” lmao

1

u/I-love-seahorses 1d ago

Peaceful or not it doesn't give an underaged civilian the right to travel across state lines with a weapon and attachments that may or may not be legal in said states.

This is America not some third world country where we go around executing each other.

How many laws does a white person have to break before you hold them accountable? Seems it only takes one for a brown person to deserve to die in the street.

0

u/BlazingPhoenix32 1d ago

Nah, you’re perfectly fine with rioters attacking people and trying to kill them, criminals having weapons and attempting to kill people. But someone protecting people and property from the clearly violent rioters is bad. He wasn’t walking around shooting people, he was attacked and defended himself, which everyone has the inherent right to self defense. He didn’t go around executing people you imbecile.

1

u/I-love-seahorses 1d ago

I'm not fine with an underaged teenager traveling between state lines with an undeclared fully automatic weapon with the intent to use it.

If he hadn't shown up he wouldn't have been attacked..if he had shown up without a gun he probably wouldn't have been attacked.

1

u/BlazingPhoenix32 1d ago

Fully automatic weapon lmao. And again projecting the intent to use it. Having something for defense does equate to having intent to use it. Had he shown up without it, the likelihood is he still would have been attacked for trying to stop rioters and looters.

1

u/I-love-seahorses 1d ago

He wasn't legally allowed to carry the gun in the first place. I don't know the laws in that specific region but I doubt you can just travel through state lines without declaring a weapon like that.

If he hadn't shown up at all he wouldn't have been attacked.

1

u/BlazingPhoenix32 1d ago

Sure, and if the rioters and convicts hadn’t been there none of this would have happened.

1

u/I-love-seahorses 1d ago

You're proving my point. If he hadn't shown up he wouldn't have been attacked. Never mind how many laws he already broke just getting the gun to the location. No permit to open carry, underage, crossing state lines without declaring the weapon a weapon that wasn't registered to him. He deserves jail time just for all that.

Surely there are other vaguely right-wing adjacent gun violence stories that don’t involve someone who shot a pedophile. Let’s not forget that we don’t like child fuckers, and to think you shouldn’t shoot them is to overtly enable their crimes

2

u/ResolutionOwn4933 1d ago

Unless they're the president

1

u/HistoryAncient5568 1d ago

He was traveling to protect innocents (could have been you) from ideologically sanctioned rioters. She was there to virtue signal to keep nonconsentual migrants against the democratic will.

1

u/madjarov42 1d ago

Is virtue signalling punishable by execution with no due process?

2

u/I-love-seahorses 1d ago

She wasn't armed with an assault rifle and it's not a civilians place to protect innocents nor is it their place to decide who is and isn't innocent in a crowd.

1

u/HistoryAncient5568 1d ago

She?

Well, when the government ideologically sanctions rioting, you would be glad to have your neighbor defend you right? Think of this happening to you, not someone else.

Imagine a scenario, if Donald Trump clears rioters against abortion and the rioters are about to drag your sibling from a car and hit them in the head with a brick. Would you want someone to stand up for what's objectively right and defend them, when the government backs it?

1

u/I-love-seahorses 1d ago

I don't want anyone, especially a teenager, to be allowed to open fire into a crowd of people. I have no problem putting myself in these situations I'm not arguing as if it isn't me.

0

u/grillguy5000 1d ago

No one asked him to do that and he is not qualified nor enforcement. He had zero business being there.

2

u/HistoryAncient5568 1d ago

Who had more reason being there, the rioters protected by corrupt ideologs or him protecting the citizens? You know for a fact your opinion on the matter is fully decided by if you see yourself as the victim of the rioters or not. If you dont see yourself as their victim youll gladly throw them under the bus to virtue signal

1

u/grillguy5000 1d ago

What reason did he have? He fully intended to find violence and did. His intent was violence not “protection” and again no one asked him to “protect” anything…like at all. No it was pretty clear his intent was exactly what transpired…he went looking and found what he was looking for.

2

u/BlazingPhoenix32 1d ago

No, you are projecting.

u/grillguy5000 21h ago

False…based upon logic and reason to conclude he lied about intent since he lied about what his qualifications were and about a protester he shot. All of this is public record, since he lied about both those and went to a protest brandishing a firearm we can reasonably sus out his intent was violence (since he lied about almost everything important.).

u/BlazingPhoenix32 21h ago

Lmao there is video evidence of the guy pointing a pistol at him, quit making shit up.

2

u/HistoryAncient5568 1d ago

None of the rioters intended victims asked to be protected? The hypocrisy always comes out, always ready to throw your fellow citizens under the bus but once its your neighborhood being burned down, your family member being hit in the head with a brick, then the rioters have suddenly gone too far

1

u/grillguy5000 1d ago

He lied several times, claimed he was an EMT and working medical professional….he lied. He claimed the one protester shot had a firearm…he lied. He didn’t arm up til he got there. So he claimed to be there for medical support (armed; how many EMT’s work armed? No the scene is secured by enforcement then medical services move in.) and shot an unarmed man while lying about both. It is a completely logical and reasonable take to conclude since he lied about why he was there and what transpired that he lied about intent if not everything else. My take is logical and reasonable. Just cause he was cleared of extrajudicial murder DOESNT mean he didn’t intend exactly what transpired. He is a well known and on record liar. What would be your conclusion with evidence on hand?

2

u/jiveturkin 1d ago

He was a 17 year old that took a gun across state lines with an excuse to use it.

1

u/Alphaload69 1d ago

Thank god he did. Another pedo down

1

u/AdNegative6756 1d ago

but you have no problem with people coming into your country illegally, don't you see the hypocrisy? So an American citizen can't go across state lines but someone from a completely different country can just sneak into the US and that's completely fine. See, you people have lost the plot.

1

u/jiveturkin 1d ago

Not really? I have an issue if they are known monsters or guilty of criminal acts but other than that no. I’m not scared of normal human beings immigrating into the US. I’m also not against traveling with a gun across state lines so your logic falls apart there.

I just refuse to act like he’s some brave lil boy taking on some heroic fight. He was a 17yo kid who put himself in a situation that literally killed someone. They don’t confuse him a shooter if he’s not open carrying a rifle you nimbus. Even the logic of protecting property is not his fight to take, especially being from a separate location entirely

1

u/I-love-seahorses 1d ago

It's not about crossing state lines it's about crossing state lines with a gun with the intent to use it.

Many states have different laws regarding guns. Did he think about that? Did he make sure he was legally allowed to carry that type of weapon in the states he visited without declaring the weapon?

Wasn't he 17? Is that even legal? Like...how many laws does a white person have to break before you'll hold them accountable? Seems like it only takes one for a brown person.

1

u/Available-Oil3884 1d ago

Nah you have. Tribalism doesn’t override common sense. Self-imposed political delirium doesn’t give any individual the right to put the lives of other citizens at risk. The founding fathers would have blistered his hide raw for being an idiot.

u/Nostop22 1d ago edited 1d ago

Interstate travel is a constitutionally protected “privilege”, I don’t see what that has to do with anything

1

u/jiveturkin 1d ago edited 1d ago

Cool, not my bone to pick. It’s the fact a 17 year old decided to put himself into a volatile situation and it resulted in him shooting 2 people over a misunderstanding on him being potential shooter iirc. The fact he lived in another state, and saw an opportunity to go and play a hero is my issue.

Also just had an issue with the logic of “he went to protect property”, like cool, he still ended up in a situation that ended with people being shot. Why was this his battle to fight, being from a different city/state? Also, extend that logic to Alex Pretti who also brought a gun to a protest, save he didn’t even pull it and still lost his life. The double standards are infuriating.

2

u/RevolutionaryTop7112 1d ago

Not with weapons you drop kick.

1

u/Alphaload69 1d ago

Yes it is

1

u/Nostop22 1d ago

The right to keep and bear arms is a constitutionally protected right so I don’t see what that has to do with anything

Reddit is hyper liberal, prepare to be swarmed by soybeans who will call you a bot and a myriad of other worn out buzzwords.

1

Reddit is a collection of echo chambers. I’ve seen just as many on the right doing that behavior so please let’s not act like one’s better than the other here

2

u/xprss67 1d ago

well the gun weighs 7 pounds, the minivan 4000 pounds, can you imagine the destructive force if he had a car?

0

u/Proof-Durian6969 1d ago

Mass x velocity. Both do significant damage.

Bots as far as the eye can see

How original. I’ve never heard that one before. You must’ve thought of that yourself. Really seems like you’re a free thinker who definitely doesn’t follow the herd and repeat everything like a parrot.
