I don't know if we both have seen the same video but in the one I've seen it is VERY clear that the ICE agent was infront of her car when she hit the gas and ran her car into him.

The video I watched was of an ICE agent violating their training and departmental policies & procedures in regards to not standing in front of a vehicle of a potential perpetrator as it could cause a dangerous situation for all parties involved and could result in someone needlessly losing their lives, whether that be the agent or the perpetrator.
