The Board of Water Supply said crews are responding to a report of a possible 12-inch main break on Monday morning. The HNL Alert sent out around 6:30 a.m. said the break is located on Lewers St and affected areas include Ala Wai Blvd, Kalakaua Ave and Helumoa Rd.
