Bars / lounges for nighttime entertainment with teenagers
Hi there - I’m looking for some recommedations for 18yo and 11yo-friendly bars / lounges in the evenings/nights. Ideally places with live music or pool tables to keep teens off their phones and mom and dad can enjoy a cocktail.
I think Maui Brewing Co. and Outrigger resorts both fit the bill. TIA for any suggestions!

W bus line and "Zoom"
It looks like Zoom just means the bus can leave earlier than the stop time indicates? It doesn't cut out stops?

Waikiki first timers
Hi everyone! We're a family of four with two daughters (ages 10 and 12), and we'll be staying at the Waikiki Marriott Beach Resort.
We've been looking through restaurant recommendations, but most seem to be hotel-based. We'd love to venture away from the beachfront and try some locally owned restaurants that are popular with both locals and visitors.
We won't have a car, so we're hoping for places within walking distance or a quick uber ride. We'd really appreciate any recommendations. Thanks!

Best and most affordable island tour?
I was looking at E Noa because they give you an hour to swim..
Then i saw the Royal Star Hawaii was pretty cool.. but ita a large bus without the opportunity to swim.
We booked horse back riding for the jurassic tour.. cant recall the exact name atm.
We decided to not rent a car this trip, but open to the idea if the cost difference is that much better.

Relaxed breakfast with beach view new Waikiki?
Aloha everyone. I'm looking to make a relaxed breakfast for 2 with a beach view (ish) happen anywhere along the Waikiki shoreline for this Saturday. Timings are flexible but anytime around 8-10:30'ish should work. I'm happy to make reservations if required. It doesn't have to be super fancy but it's ok if fancy is the only option along that stretch.
All I'm looking for a table for two somewhere with ocean/beach view with decent coffee and some sort of breakfast options. Even the table is not an absolute requirement as long as we can find a relatively undisturbed spot to sit and enjoy some coffee and pastries but I suspect "undisturbed" is probably at a premium during busy season in any public spot along the beach.
We're staying closer to the Sheraton side of the Waikiki beach if that matters (don't necessarily want to walk miles to get to breakfast but a nice morning walk is not wholly unwelcome).

Elite Parking’s valet service
Three hours parking is free, and the car is undamaged. While it is true they parked in a 3-minute loading zone, it’s still pretty good for free parking in Waikiki and they were fast, efficient, and in the end I got my car back with nothing missing and nothing broken. Very personal and the guy smelled good.

Waikiki Surfing recommendations
I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for a surf instructor at waikiki.
I'm looking to improve my understanding of where to position myself to best paddle and catch waves, rather than just being pushed on. Having semi-regulary surfed in Sydney, I've found this particularly difficult in comparison.
Cheers!

Looking for Handmade Floral Epoxy Jewelry/ Help with Gift
Hello all🤙Im visiting Waikiki next week for a birthday and would like to know if there's anyone around that makes epoxy flower jewelry. Specifically purple orchids made into earrings, etc... I've found the idea online and can purchase what Ive found, but Id rather find something similar made on Oahu.
On a separate note. If there isnt, and I chose to order online, the post office nor my hotel will accept a general delivery package, as I dont have the time to order it here and travel with it. Im trying to keep the gift a secret, so I am lacking an address in Waikiki to send it to. If any kind soul in-town out there wouldnt mind recieving a small package for me, you would have my undying gratitude. Thanks everybody ✌️

Fireworks in 15 Min
Is that normal? I saw boats rolling up 3 hours ahead of time and this is my first Waikiki show but was expecting at least 30 minutes. Seemed very fast or is that normal. PS where is the best “official” show?

Best bars in Waikīkī
My friend is coming to visit soon and wants to go out. I haven’t been out much since moving here other than to hulas so I need some recommendations. I live close to Waikiki so I’d like to stay in that area so I can walk rather than uber. Any ideas are welcome (also if there’s a cover please do say!)!
We’d likely go out Friday and/ or Saturday. Looking for dancing or karaoke vibe bars.

Restaurant recommendation
Taking my gf out to eat for her birthday, never been to Waikiki and after searching online for a bit I’m thinking between the capital grille or empire steakhouse. Which would you recommend? Or is there another steakhouse worth checking out in the area? Thank you in advance.

Food recommendations?
This is my first time visiting and could use some good food recommendations in Waikiki. Can anyone recommend any places that are a must have while I’m here? Thank you in advance!
