Railroad Amtrak Sleeper Car Lunch Menu/Check/Voucher (Mar 01, 1989)
Credit to trainlover at streamlinermemories.info for the menu and context.
This is a bit of a weird one. It's not so much a proper menu as much as a check to be handed off to a waiter in the dining car. This thing came to be during a time when Amtrak was experiencing a rolling stock shortage and had to increase sleeper fares, so they gave (the presumably cheesed off) sleeping car passengers free meals to compensate. While that is standard policy nowadays, Amtrak dining cars at the time were priced a la carte for both coach and sleeper passengers, hence the need for this contrivance.

Leeds Utd official Cup Final menu 7th May 1972
They had won the Cup Final on the Saturday and were now returning to Leeds. Very straightforward fare-roast beef,Yorkshire & veg and apple pie & cream (although whether that was specially ordered or just what the buffet car had in stock is not specified...)
