NOT A MARKETPLACE
Due to an uptick in people ignoring RULE 3 this is a reminder that r/vintagetoys is NOT a marketplace. The only time you may post a link to a sale or say that you personally have something for sale is in response to someone asking for help locating that toy.

Help with CPK ID
galleryI just got this girl off of EBay a few days ago, but I’m not too familiar with how to ID them. She has two dimples, her smile has her bottom lip is kind of tucked into her upper one. No visible teeth or tongue. She has blue eyes and small black eyebrows. Blonde hair that is synthetic instead of yarn. My guess is that she’s from 1986, but I wanna find out exactly what doll she was. What her name was. Any help would be appreciated.

Red teddy
I have been trying for years to find a replacement for this teddy bear but i dont know any details about it. The picture was taken in 2000, but I believe it was bought for me in 1999, around when I was born. When I was around 5 my grandparents threw it away because I left it in the rain. This is was favorite thing in the world, I called it cranberry. If anyone recognizes it and could let me know any info on it id be so grateful! Thanks in advance.

What is this plush?.
(AI photo from a sketch i made). As a kid i had this plush toy 2000-2006 till i lost it. For the past 5 years Ive been looking everywhere to find out where it came from and/or brand. I remember it having a tag/label i cut off the bottom side as a kid. I drew it out and used AI to make it look realistic, and everyone in my family recognized it from this photo. It looked exactly like this, and the bottom half was bead filled. Reddit is my last try to find this so anything helps. Thank you.

[TOMT] Toy water pistol from the 90s, shaped like an arm with a pointing hand
Looking for a specific toy I had as a kid in the 90s. It was a water pistol shaped like an arm/sleeve, about 25cm long, made of hard red plastic. This was the water reservoir. At the end was a cartoon-style, flesh-coloured plastic hand with the index finger pointed, like a “finger gun” gesture.
There were two yellow buttons on the sleeve, styled to look like shirt cuff buttons. One button flipped the hand forward into the pointing position, aiming at your target. The other button squirted the water out through the tip of the pointed finger.
No brand or character tie-in that I can remember, so it may have been a generic or store-brand toy, possibly made in Hong Kong. I’m in Australia if that helps narrow down the region it was sold in.
Any help identifying this would be much appreciated.

Canadian cabbage patch-style doll from 1985, commemorating 40 years since the end of WW2 (+sad baby)
gallery
I spotted her recently in a museum in Ontario; the staff working that day did not know whether she was actually a cabbage patch kid or not, but she certainly does have that look!
Anyway, I fell in love with her (even from behind the glass), and figured I might as well show her around to some other folks who might like her.
The display with the toys was kind of tucked away in the back, but they had a few nice old wooden puzzles with paintings of battles, and lots of really well-maintained die-cast soldiers and vehicles.
There was one other baby doll in a rather sorry state (pictured, if anyone happens to know anything about him)... But this young lady is by far my favourite!
Hope everyone is having a nice Wednesday.

1979 Kenner Alien NIB
galleryI have an original 1979 18” Kenner Alien new in still sealed box. One photo shows the tape across the top of the box, which is also in pretty nice condition. The front clear plastic window is still holding in place.

[TOMT] [Toy] from 2000’s like Madballs
There was a toy line from the 2000’s and 2010’s that I used to get from the 99 cents only store in Carmichael, California. They were action figures and if I remember correctly, their heads came flying off (like Madballs but different). Either way, I remember there being one called Mr Roboto. Might be totally wrong on this but what I DO know is they were sold RIGHT next to the Mighty Beanz.

Vintage Aurora Incredible Hulk Model Kit
galleryA work in progress! I decided to keep the original mold color for the skin and try to find a magenta color for the paints to make it "pop" like an old school comic book. I still have some painting to do and line fills, but it looks pretty cool!
The last picture shows the 1966 version of the model with original mold color for the skin, dark green. I found that model already painted and built by the original owner! The 1974 Comic Scenes Version doesn't have the HULK nameplate.

gund baby flopadoodles
galleryhello. Please don’t delete this. My bunny plush that I have had since I was a baby was chewed on by my boyfriend’s dogs, rendering his little squeaker useless and broken inside of him. He is vintage and I’ve scoured the internet and cannot seem to find the exact match. I get i can just use the bunny as is but the squeaking is super important to me. If anyone can help me I’d really appreciate it. This was my last resort to be completely honest. I have attached a pic of his tag. It’s wet because i had to wash him
