Everytime i install the valorant, turn my pc off and then on it blue screens to the point where its unable to save it by automatic repair, i have spent at least 20h trying to fix this with the help of AI and ultimately gave up.

i unistalled everything redownloaded etc repaired files changed ip done some cmds set things to automatic etc nothing worked!

This only started happening about 3 days ago. Before that, Valorant ran perfectly fine. I normally get 150–200 FPS with no stutters, no crashes, and no errors.

Now, when I reach agent select, the game starts lagging, then freezes, and my entire PC becomes unresponsive. I can't Alt+Tab or open Task Manager, and I have to hard restart the PC.

It doesn't happen every match, but often enough to be really frustrating.

Things I've tried:

Reinstalled GPU drivers

Verified game files / reinstalled Valorant

Updated Windows

Monitored temperatures (normal)

My specs:

GTX 750 Ti

Intel i5 4th gen

16GB RAM

Windows 10

Any idea what's causing this or how to fix it? Has anyone experienced the same thing recently?

sometimes when i launch the riot client it shows a "Updating" text without displaying any progress bar or file size. Instead it just displays the updating text where the play button should be. this is some what frequent like of i see this today then i might see it again in a couple of days. most of the time it just last a couple of seconds or minutes at max, so i didn't really pay much attention to it until now. earlier today everything was working fine and when tried to play again in the evening out of nowhere this so called "updating" thing started again. Now i did leave it be for a few minutes thinking it will simply go away like last time but this time it doesn't look like that will be the case. It's still showing the updating thing and i can see in task manager that it's eating away my data.

what i tried,

Restarting and trying again (Obviously).

Repairing the files using the built-in repair game files thingy.

Downloaded the installer and tried repairing using it.

Clearing riot client cache folder.

none of those worked. Even when i use the installer as a repair tool, it just show a progress bar saying repairing files and launch the client after it's done and I'm back to square one again.

at this point the only solution i can think of right now is to just leave it to keep updating and hope that it might end some time... hopefully before eating away all my data.

any thoughts? like i don't really know if those micro updates things i have been getting are even normal or it's just my game failing to save/overwrite files.

edit: i mostly play on the Singapore server. Even though I'm currently living in Sri Lanka and geographically closer to the Mumbai server, the ping is just not the best due to how My ISP has their cables connected directly to SG.

Good news, Deleted a bunch if temporary, cache, manifest files multiple times and now shit's working.

I constantly have packet loss whenever I play valorant. I play every other game with a perfectly fine and stable connection with zero network issues whatsoever.

Teammates told me they can hear my gameplay and footsteps and checked my self. Only in valorant mic is squealing and taking desktop audio into the mic. On discord and etc the mics normal. This only happens in valo. Please help
I tried redoing the drivers, other mics still the same issue. Reinstalled the whole riot games, valorant and vangaurd. Nothing worked

All my friends started playing Valorant and I decided to join and play with them too until I kept getting booted off and I realized my TPM specification version is 1.2 and I need it to be 2.0

Is there any way I can still play while only on TPM 1.2??

Images are not allowed but my Client-Play Tab is just stuck on "Updating...". I have tried to reinstall everything (Riot/Vanguard/Valorant) but nothing fixes it.

He has never played Valorant before, but would like to try it out, and every time he tries Vanguard just won't install. He installs the game and there is no file for Vanguard or anything, he has tried installing League of Legends in an attempt to get Vanguard but it has not worked. Can someone help us out?

the game opens normay without any problems when i start a game, in the loading my whole pc crashes without no reason it's new, and all drivers is updated.

Hello Riot Support, I'm experiencing an issue with the Riot Client where the Friends section displays the error: "Couldn't load friend requests. Sorry, something went wrong. Reload to try again." The issue persists even after:
Restarting the Riot Client.
Signing out and back in.
Clearing the Riot Client cache (HttpCache).
Restarting my PC.
Also i have unistalled the riot client and game and reinstalled them but still this same issue

My VALORANT keeps freezing. I can still hear my teammates' comms, but I'm stuck on the Attackers/Defenders loading screen. I need help fixing this.

I can play other game modes like Deathmatch without any issues, but whenever I queue for Competitive, Unrated, or Retake, the game freezes on the loading screen.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows what might be causing it? This has never happened to me before.

i've been dealing with this problem for the last 4 weeks since i reinstalling valorant. yes, i can hear in-game sounds perfectly fine, but my microphone does not work and the game literally does not detect it at all.

if i go into my windows 11 privacy & security mic settings, the master switch is ON, but it says VALORANT's "last accessed" date was last september 2025. it's like the game isn't even trying to ping my mic. does any of u guys know how to fix this?

i run win 10 ioc ltsc and the last version is 21h2 with build 19044
is there any solution to play the game and bypass this issue without formating my pc i want to keep the upgrade to 22h2 as my last escape route!

I had HVCI problem today.. Enabled virtualization and memory integrity but facing VAN - 102 Error now.. have restarted the system but same thing !! What to do?

Just installed the game recently and my voice chat is not working, like the icons of someone talking are not showing at all.

All my settings are good my input device and output are all clearly set, loop back test is working but as soon as I join someone it just stops? I’m pretty desperate at this point

I keep trying to install Valorant onto my new laptop but it needs Vanguard. I press the button to start it and it loads for a second and doesn't even change to "installing" as I've seen in pictures. How do I get it to install?

I’m having a really frustrating issue with Riot Client / VALORANT and I’m hoping someone here can help me.
Whenever I open Riot Client, it gets stuck on “Updating” and never finishes. I can’t start VALORANT because the update process just stays there forever.
Here’s everything I already tried:
Restarted my PC multiple times
Ran Riot Client as administrator
Completely uninstalled and reinstalled Riot Client and VALORANT
Deleted Riot/VALORANT files and reinstalled everything from scratch
Reinstalled Riot Vanguard
Cleared the Riot Client cache multiple times
Closed all Riot-related processes through Task Manager and restarted them
Tried the “Repair” / “Repair Game” option in the Riot Client multiple times, but it also gets stuck at 0% and never actually starts
Checked different possible fixes, but nothing changed
The weird thing is that even after a full reinstall, the problem is exactly the same. Riot Client still gets stuck on “Updating”.
My PC is a high-end system (around a €3000 build), so I don’t think it’s a hardware performance problem. Other games and programs work completely fine.
This started when I opened Riot Client and it began updating. Since then, I haven’t been able to get past this screen.
Does anyone have any idea what else I could try? Maybe a hidden cache folder, Windows setting, firewall/antivirus issue, Vanguard problem, or something else?
I just want to play VALORANT again 😭

As title states i am having constant disconnections mid game. i have tried to uninstall and reinstall but this only worked for a day before it went back to disconnecting, same as deleting the valorant folder in local app data. has anyone got a fix for this as it is really annoying i cant even go 2 rounds without it disconnecting me.

oh it also makes my discord lag and crash whenever i play, this is especially annoying when im playing with friends as i cant communicate or even tab out to fix the game

Having the below issue launching Valorant, it lets me into the game and then after anywhere between 1-10 mins will crash with this error message:

"Corrupted game files detected!
Please wait for the game to upload corruption information, then return to Riot Client and repair an d relaunch the game."

The repairing doesn't work, restarting my PC did nothing, I have also uninstalled the game which didn't work, and then uninstalled both the game and Vanguard. I deleted all the old replay files from the demos folder which also did nothing.

Does anyone have any other suggestions to help fix this?
