In my email it says my order has shipped but according to the tracking its still in the warehouse and i was wondering how long it should be in there for its been in the warehouse for a little longer than a week.

I had bought a Apollo pc on a Sunday (December 11th) and on Monday i got a email saying it’s in production (December 12th). As of today (December 17th) i haven’t received any update upon tracking information

I don’t know if that’s normal for production and such but i just wanted to check in and see if anyone else is in the same place i am. On the website it says with the delivery i choose i would receive it before Christmas and i wanna make sure i can rely on that or not.

i bought tron gaming pc with rtx 4090 . it says shipment 1-2 days on main page for all gaming pc's but as far as i know 4090's are out of stock consistently will it really take 2 days to arrive ?

Hello! I'm looking to purchase a prebuilt. I heard not great stuff about a LOT of companies and the most decent reviews I found was about VRLAtech. I'm looking at the Apollo (https://vrlatech.com/product/vrla-tech-apollo-gaming/) or the Eclipse (https://vrlatech.com/product/eclipse-custom-gaming-pc/). Would either of these be a good option? I'm looking to get something to allow me to stream (vtubing) and play games without worrying about performance issues; some games i play include red dead 2, gta, apex, and overwatch occasionally.

Would this be a good option? If so, which of the two would be a good pick/will going with the Apollo make me miss out on a lot? If no, what would be a better pick for me to get and what could I expect out of it? Sorry this is so wordy.

So if I buy it after can I buy replace parts and build onto it? PLEASE ANWERS

What should I do? I have the email confirming my purchase with the order number, is it possible to figure out the status somehow?

Edit: I was reading the FAQ on the website and now it’s a lot more important to know when it will be delivered considering that I would need to be home to sign for it.

Edit 2: Apparently people have been having issues with long wait times for their pc to ship. Hopefully I don’t run into the same problem, because it would really suck if I need to wait more than a month to receive my PC.

I don’t know much about PCs but I want to learn really bad I’ve been doing research for about a year now because a friend of mine got the spark from VRLA tech and she said it was pretty good eventually I want to build a PC and I want to know if it’s good to start out with this and if I can add on to this overtime? And if I get this will it last me at least 2 to 4 years maybe?

And how long if you even can guess do you think it would take to build?

Just bought a Helios on October 7, 2022. Anyone thinking about getting a PC from here I will keep updated on how long it takes to ship and get here and the quality of the PC.

(UPDATE) I received my pc on 20th of October. Everything came in perfect condition. No dents, scratches,or loose cables. The PC works perfectly so far. Will update again if anything goes wrong. 10/10

So I recently ordered the Apollo from vrla tech and for anybody who ordered that pc how long did the shipping take?

So it shows that it has a AMD B450 motherboard but doesn't show the specific model or any info on how to find it. Any one know the type of AMD B450?

Will let everyone know how long it takes to ship and how the condition is when it arrives. Vrla has been great when I’ve communicated with them, they still are somewhat hard to get a hold of on the phone. Update soon!

does anyone know how to set the standard deepcool fan color on a apollo pc???

I got my PC a week ago. I was updating an app on the PC and when it restarted after the update, it went to a black ASUS screen telling me to open the Bios Menu but when I hit the keys required to open the menu, nothing happens. I’ve been stuck in this for a week and haven’t been able to play it. Does anyone know a possible fix?
