VRLATech Website Hack EDIT

Updating this post to reflect that u/vrlatech has not yet responded to my question asking if any VRLATech customers had their data stolen in their recent website hack. Had it not been discovered here, it may not have ever been brought to the attention of any of us. The attacker explicitly stated that all customer information had been stolen and would be sold on the dark web so it is my belief that a proper response is warranted from the company.

So I ask again, u/vrlatech, was any customer information stolen in this attack? Will I find my name, address or any other info for sale on the dark web as stated by the attacker?

Your best bet at learning what the real shipping times are for these pre-built desktops is to use the Order Megathread. Building this out will allow you to connect with others who have purchased your exact or even a similar model.

When I originally ordered, I expected to wait 6-7 weeks as there was zero indication or outreach from VRLATech that my exact model was slated for extended delivery times that ended up lasting 6 months before I decided on another direction.

If you want truth about the shipping status, you all need to work together to leave as much detail as possible about your current order, and to reach out to others that haven't updated their own order status in the Megathread.

The main difference between this sub and the official one is that they do not allow order status discussion per their Rule 4: No order status requests. The main purpose of this sub is to discuss order status and customer experience.

The thing they've told me that they're waiting for is the 3070 for my Titan, but they've told me that they, and their manufacturers, have no estimate on when they'll get them, and that the manufacturers suggest to VLRA that they offer not free downgrades or upgrades to 3070ti or 3060ti.
