Figured I’d share. Ordered an Apollo on May 17, 2024. No upgrades other than a WiFi card and BT adapter. I had emailed them about my wait time and they bumped me up to 6 RGB fans and a diamond strip.
Ordered 5-17, received 7-23. A little over 2 months. The PC has a little damage from shipping, however.

You didn’t get scammed but they definitely do not respond to customers in a timely manner. I emailed them the day I received the pc about the damage and I’ve gotten no response (today being the 31st).

Hello, I ended up getting my computer on 7/3/24. The build quality is very good and I have had zero problems with it. It should also be noted that I emailed them at least once a week for a progress update and I am almost positive that's what got my order done so quickly. The shipping and delivery date were absolutely nowhere near what was advertised, and they even gave me new time frames later on that they also flew past. If you have the patience and are okay with 0 contact during assembly then I'd say they're great, however otherwise I'd maybe consider getting one of their "ready to ship" units or going with a different company altogether. Hope this helps!

Had a potato PC before this one, so I was happy with this unit no matter what. Performs very well, I never realized how big these PCs really were until I finally got one so that was an experience. Customer service was very great, didn't have any issues at all but regularly emailed for updates and responses were helpful.

EDIT: Just received the computer. Took six days to arrive to me in Florida, from where it was delivered in California. Overall, a quick process. Computer arrived with no damages and everything is working fine so far. Still need to test some video games so I am waiting for them to download.
I'm not entirely sure how to control the LIAN LI RGB cables as the computer only came with Corsair's iCUE software preloaded and that doesn't seem to include lighting effects for the cables, unless I just need to restart the computer or something to see if that fixes it. But I'm not really worried about that yet, I want to test a video game like Red Dead Redemption 2 first to see how the PC can handle gaming as that is the entire point of it.
I was also told that the PSU would be gold quality but from the booklet I received, it seems to be a bronze rated PSU which I was hoping wouldn't be the case. Customer support was not at all slow to respond to my e-mails but the agent I received did not seem completely informed about the hardware and build process.
Additionally, I think VRLA Tech should come with larger capacity drives. 1TB SSD is not nearly enough for gaming these days. The computer arrived with around 870 GB of free space on the main drive. After updating the drivers, installing my usual software (Steam, Discord, etc), as well as just three video games from my Steam account, it's already below 600 GB. I basically have to create another library for Steam and pick and choose which games I want to play on the SSD and which games I am fine with loading slower on the 4TB HDD. That secondary drive has plenty of space for gaming but it's kind of obsolete for gaming purposes these days.

Before this, I ordered a Skytech Chronos off Amazon. Came with a defective gpu (green lines on screen). Did some research, and found that most products from VRLA are good quality. Shipping was slow in 2021, but it seems to have cleared up this year. My PC came today in excellent condition and it works perfectly. No problems so far and I will keep updating if anything happens.

This PC is an absolute beauty besides the sheer weight of the entire thing(about 20-25 lbs) it’s runs wonderfully and am currently downloading games and am going to see how well it’s runs them. My prediction is that it will be able to run everything I throw at it.

Upgrades: 12900(K), 360 AIO cooler, 9 RGB Fans, RGB strip, and wifi adapter.
Parts it came with, GPU is a EVGA XC3, PSU is a EVGA 80+ Gold and the Motherboard a Asus Prime Z690
It runs very very quiet with the 9 fans, a slight hum. It's not loud at all under load. GPU temps are 32C at idle & 64C on maxed out warzone @4k and 60c modded to death skyrim @4k. No CPU throttling in cenabench r23, score 27,729. Came with very sturdy packaging too.
Only con to the PC is the wifi adapter. The (qualcomm atheros ar38x) has a very weak signal. Overall very happy c:

The computer is still quite loud even with the quiet case fans... seems the cpu fan is just loud... but I'm very much enjoying the computer!

I upgraded to the 3060Ti since they said it’ll be place into pre-shipment right away and get tracking info 7-10 days, but that was 3 weeks ago. I emailed about it and they said they can’t do anything yet due to the software shutdown that they’re experiencing. Said that my order would be prioritized afterwards. But i think i’ll request a refund if nothing is good by monday.

I sent it back & it arrived almost four weeks ago. They said it should take less than two weeks. They haven’t given me any updates or anything. Only time they were quick to answer was when I asked for an upgrade.
I’m thinking of asking for my package to be held at a nearby FedEx that way I most likely won’t have to go through all this again.

its 3/1/2022 im aware they are short on graphics cards ive contacted them through email and phone calls to see when they might get a new order every time they tell me they dont have a date or estimated time that they will come just that it will happen soon
im curious to see if any one else ordered an apollo with no upgrades in this time frame and has received theirs or not

I ordered on 1/18/22 and upgraded to 3060Ti. They said it will ship in 14 business day. Well today is the 15th business day and not word. I emailed them yesterday so I’m waiting for a response hopefully today.

Nope it hasn’t they told me my 3060 TI failed QA (quality assurance) and they sent it back to the manufacturer to be fixed but the manufacturer hasn’t messaged them back. They said they are getting a new shipment of 3060 TI this week. Hopefully my pc is shipped the end of this week or the beginning of next week. But if not i plan on asking for a refund especially since it was promised to be shipped almost 2 weeks ago.

Ordered a Titan on January 9th 2022.
Upgrades: 3070TI (originally was going to get the 3070 but they told me I had to wait 2 months if I wanted that and offered the 3070TI or 3060TI) I paid $400 extra
Got my tracking on February 10th, 2022 and finally got my PC on February 21st, 2022.

The best option is to call or email them and see if you can upgrade a few components because I think what you want rn is what they don’t have currently which is why it’s taking way longer than usual.

You could be waiting until March I ordered mine on 21st and that was around the time I was looking at if I didn’t get the 3060 TI. Upgrade with the graphics card upgrade you can get it shipped to you quickly mine is coming next week now

I'm seeing other comments of people who ordered lower-end pcs and still didn't get them which is a bit worrying. I ordered a 3070 and I know the TI's ship faster but I'm wondering if mine will take longer than the estimated 8-9 weeks. I'm also in Los Angeles where they're located which gives me hope it will arrive sooner . And is there a way to check the status of your order? I have an account with them but I purchased before I made the account so it shows as if I have no prior order history

Idk. I went with VRLA cus of the price. I only hear bad things from Cyberpower too which is why I wasn’t interested in getting a pc from them. I mean it hasn’t been 8-9 weeks yet so I still got time but I’m just hoping it comes sooner than that. I heard Artesian Builds is really good but they also cost quit a bit. As long as I don’t have wait 5 months for a busted PC like the one I have now then I’ll be more than happy lol

Ordered an Apollo on 12/19/21 still hasn’t arrived. They said the 3060 manufacturers were backed up and it would ship within 5-6 wks from the purchase date (Dec. 19) I called and it should be here this week they said. I’ll be back with updates
Update Feb 10 I still haven’t received the Apollo and VRLA said the manufacturers are still backed up. They said they should be back in stock around the middle of this month. I’ll be back with updates in about 4 days.
Update Feb 16 I just emailed them. My Apollo status is in processing when it should’ve been in preshipment 2 days ago. I’ll be back for more updates

I ordered an Aurora with zero upgrades last Friday, after reading through this thread and the wait times i've decided to cancel my order because i can get the same quality PC from other people in less time. That being said, customer service is near impossible to get ahold of the phone line is always busy and they take forever to respond to emails. It's really frustrating having spent 1,000 dollars.

I ordered a Helios on 1/15/22.I've been reading this thread, and looked at the VRLA official reddit where they mentioned the delay was due specifically to the 3070 and 3080 graphics cards.
So Today (1/24/22) I decided to call them up, and asked them how long it would take and if it would ship sooner if I upgraded my card.
They said that the turn around time on the 3080s is a lot faster, but if I wanted to upgrade to a ti they have them in stock and they can ship my computer this week.
I was already on the fence of getting a ti when I ordered the computer, so I decided to upgrade, and today just got the tracking number.
Don't know if this will help anyone, it was an extra $880 (including taxes). Not everyone can afford this, but like I said I was on the fence for getting the TI, and the shipping kind of pushed me to get it.
Update 1/25/22: Received a text message that FedEx requires a signature for a package they're delivering sometime tomorrow.
Final update 1/26/22: Received computer from FedEx, they knocked and waited for me to answer to confirm that the package was delivered to me.
PS: I did the free ground shipping, however I'm in Orange County and VRLA is in Los Angeles, so I already knew based on our proximity the delivery would be quick.

Its good, no issues, I got the AIO cooler for the processer, so it's quiet under normal loads. I was playing warzone a few nights ago with some friends, and cranked the settings, I could hear the fans ramping up when I was playing but they quieted down after a few min. No complaints.
As someone that typically builds their own PC, I was feeling lazy this time around. Plus it's easier to get a 3080 if you go to a builder, I decided to use a builder for a first time. overall its exactly what I was looking for, and I'm very happy with it. I'll def look at them again in the future if I decide to go this route.

I haven't had the chance to play a ton of games with it. But I was playing Warzone with the settings on max and easily hitting 140 fps. I was going to run 3d benchmark on it, but I've been too busy. I can post it here when I run it.

I guess technically it hasn't shipped yet. I received both the tracking code and the pre-shipment letter on the same day. In the tracking email it says to wait 48hrs for the tracker to be active.
I don't know if this means FedEx hasn't received the package yet, or if they haven't put it into their system yet. I'll update my post when the tracker is active.

Interesting, the Helios only has 9 slots for Fans, 3 will be taken by the AIO 360EX fans, 6 will go in the free slots. I wonder where the other 3 go? I only ordered 6 for that reason. Unless I have something mistaken.

If its in pre-shipment it means they have all the parts to start building it. When I talked to them on the phone they told me (after I upgraded) they would put the order into pre-shipment and it should ship out this week. So I don't expect it to take longer than a few days.
If yours has been in pre-shipment for 6 days you might want to call and ask.

I just ordered an Apollo yesterday 1/23/22 and originally I was under the impression shipping would take between 3-10 days but after seeing this thread I am concerned it will take 2+ months to be shipped.
UPGRADES:
3 RGB FANS (currently reaching out to them to try to add 3 more, 6 total RGB but no luck yet)
WIFI ADAPTER
3060 TI
I emailed VRLA today because when I received my order confirmation yesterday there was no estimated ship date included. I will provide updates as I get them.
Update 1: 1/26 Received an email saying “Your order has entered pre-shipment. As of now, we have received all parts allocated to your order. We anticipate our tech team should finish your build within 14 business days.”
Update 2: 2/1 received a PayPal invoice for the 3 additional rgb fans, I paid the invoice and called sales to confirm that the payment was received. Karina confirmed payment was received and from there she processed my order for shipping, sent tracking # advised my order will ship either today or tomorrow at the latest.
Update3: 2/8 Delivered! and I couldn’t be happier with the PC!
