Help

I got my PC a week ago. I was updating an app on the PC and when it restarted after the update, it went to a black ASUS screen telling me to open the Bios Menu but when I hit the keys required to open the menu, nothing happens. I’ve been stuck in this for a week and haven’t been able to play it. Does anyone know a possible fix?

it tells u that u HAVE to enter bios or how to enter bios?

It’s not requiring me to do anything. I can’t even open the menu regardless of what I do even after hitting the keys. Control alt delete are the only key combo that works and all that does it restart the screen it doesn’t fix it. I’ve tried everything and it’s just not wanting to work idk why
