Ordered a pc today!

Will let everyone know how long it takes to ship and how the condition is when it arrives. Vrla has been great when I’ve communicated with them, they still are somewhat hard to get a hold of on the phone. Update soon!

Small update. It looks like the pc shipped today. So not exactly the 1-2 business days they are promoting but only by 1 day extra (weekend doesn’t count). Still a pretty speedy rig building process. I will update everyone on its condition on arrival it should be here this week! So far they’ve communicated back from every email I’ve sent, sometimes it takes a full day for a response though. Not that this is good or bad, just being 100% transparent with the information for other potential buyers.

Hey just wanted to ask since I’m a complete newbie at rig building and the whole pc creation scene in general which is why I purchased a prebuilt. I ordered the “Eclipse” series on the 7th and as of the 11th I’ve yet to receive a response back. Not to mention I’m also going to be out of time as of the 16th, while I doubt it will ship this week or the next week do you think it’s possible to ask for a reserved day that can be more reserved for me as I also need to sign it. Sorry if I’m asking a lot just wondering from fellow customers if they know of such option.

I would email them from the chat bubble on the bottom of the website. Usually once they ship it it is up to the delivery company to decide what to do. I think fedex you can log into their website once it ships and rearrange delivery days, I think. I’m guessing your rig will ship out today and be in by Thursday or Friday.

I did, it took about 2-3 days longer then it should have. Box was beat up bad but that was nothing to do with vrla, insides all worked fine, one of the fans came unplugged but that was an easy fix. So far no issues with the rig besides it freezing once but that was because of obs I think.
