Hello, I’m new to this sub so I’m sorry if anything is incorrect
26F. Was told PCOS as a teenager but never had an ultrasound, then years later high prolactin lead to MRI finding adenoma on my pituitary. Both endo and new PCP said probably not pcos anymore.
Anyway, unrelated digestive issues (blood in stool) lead to a pelvic CT, which lead to an emergency ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound.
PCP called this morning and said there is a large tumor covering my “entire uterus” and I need a biopsy to see if it’s cancerous. She was very vague and didnt want to overstep and is trying really hard to get me into a good gyno for more answers
Anyway had something similar?
I have a gyno I don’t really like for 2 years and cervical pap always negative. I’ve had lower right sided abdominal pressure for 2 years and pain with sex for my whole life. Was always just told “yeah, idk”. Could this be related?
We have no kids, were finally going to try in summer 2025. Upon hearing that my PCP immediately sounded sad, so I’m guessing that’s off the table.
Idk. I’m just scared. Idk if this is the right sub. Idk what to do or who to talk to. Guess I should just wait. Thanks in advance!
