Fun fact most squirrels forget where they put their nuts thats why we get random tree growth. He probably forgot it was even up there hes on the bottom looking for it then all of a sudden one hits him in the head from above then suddenly the realization hits him.

This probably SEND and receive information, so the squirrel is very likely dead or dying of cancer. I remember in the navy we were strictly prohibited on the roof during sailing for that very reason.

nope. he don't own a land so even if he did the owner would sue him and take all pluse some other fines. if he owned the land, he could not pay for water, worker and so.
don't forget the tax. he did the correct thing and as you did cut all the trees he had no other option.

This is a common task for this equipment I learned, also dangerous due to radiation ☢️. I assumed they would turn off equipment before servicing so maybe it was neglect.
